Google5Victor installed our three garage doors. They look amazing. He did a fabulous job. I have used this company since 2000. It was the ladt time we had garage diirs installed. They are a 5 star outfit. Would highly reommend them. I have also used them for repais over the years.

Google5I had these guys do my mothers door and it came out fantastic. The guys were very considerate. Then I just had to use them because my cables snapped on my door and they were able to fit me in same day. Came right out didn't take him long to completely re-do both sides with all new springs and cable. And the price was great!

Google5The motor broke on our garage door because it was installed incorrectly by someone else. So glad Eastern was able to help us out and fix it. Our tech, J.C. was very experienced and knowledgable . He took such pride in his work, rebalancing the door and adding springs so that it won't happen again. Now the garage door is so quiet and smooth. While he was here, he tuned up our second garage door and replaced a few small parts so that it, too, is operating smoothly. Highly recommend.

Google5Worth the wait! In December of 2021, we were facing all sorts of issues with our old, wooden garage doors. They needed to be repainted and when they (again!) stopped opening and closing, I called Eastern Garage Door. The response time was great, Dave presented a few options, and notified me that it would be quite a wait for a set of doors with a custom factory paint job. I was a bit concerned about having to put money down on something with such a long lead time, but I knew many of my neighbors had a great experience with the company so I went ahead. They were installed in August of 2022, and we love them. The color match is perfect, they are so much quieter than our old doors, and the two guys installing them were pleasant and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Eastern Garage Door again.

Google5I had my garage doors installed with Eastern Garage Door over two years ago. Within the past couple of months I had been having issues with it closing and opening. They first brought out a tech and then they brought out the foreman who was able to fix the problem. They waived the fees even though it was past the year warranty. If you want a local company you can trust with a hassle free experience they are it!

Google5I wish I could award more than five stars. Our experience with Eastern Garage Door was outstanding. Lauren came out to measure, and unlike their competitors, she took the time to sit down with brochures from multiple manufacturers and walk us through prices, quality differences, and options. We chose Eastern to replace our two original 30 year old garage doors. Everything came in right on time (a rarity these days) and installation was done cleanly and professionally. But the real kicker - the reason for this very enthusiastic recommendation - is the way that they handled an issue that cropped up afterwards: In addition to the doors, we needed to replace a set of safety sensors for one of the original openers. The installer took care of that while installing the doors. Unfortunately, the new sensors proved incompatible with our old (but otherwise still working) opener, and after installing the sensors, the opener no longer worked properly. Long story short, after reporting the problem, I received a call from Dave, the owner, who offered to make us whole by installing a brand new opener, free of charge. And they did, almost immediately. A customer cannot possibly expect a higher level of service than that! We're thrilled with the quality of our new doors and unexpected opener. When it's time to replace that other opener, our first and only call will be to Eastern. I recommend Eastern Garage Door heartily, and without reservation!

Google5My HOA had our townhouses painted, and while I was away they painted the garage door shut. I wasn't given any instructions on how to prevent this from happening or that it could possibly happen, so the painted shut door caused the chain on the motor to snap. Eastern Garage came out the next day, and let me know I needed a new motor replacement. The technician was nice enough to pry the door off the paint to allow for manual access before the replacement. The cost was competitive to today's pricing and Cheryl was extremely helpful with writing out a detailed report of what happened to allow me to submit to the paint company for reimbursement. I have a new garage motor that is much quieter, and the Eastern Garage Door team was excellent! Highly recommend.
