This company is amazing. In a day and age where contractors cut corners and rip off customers, Fimbel Garage Doors does just the opposite. They are honest, fair, and take pride in their products and service. This is the second time we've used them and both times we were wicked impressed. This last time was a service call for a door and motor installed by someone else. The brackets were bolted in to strapping and falling out of the wall which was a huge safety issue. Tucker Martin came out to fix the issue and he went above and beyond. He could have just fixed the bracket I knew was broken, charged me the standard rate for a service, and then called it a day but he didn't. He checked all the brackets and discovered all of them were bolted into strapping. He stayed and fixed everything. The two side brackets and the one holding the motor. The price was the same regardless and I would have never known but Tucker said he couldn't leave knowing there were additional issues. I'm just so appreciative. What a professional. What a great company. I'm beyond impressed and so thankful. I told my wife I was going to fix it myself but she knew better and called Fimbel. My advice. Call them! They are true professionals. They will do a great job for you and treat you fairly. Finally.....Give Tucker a raise! You have a good man who represents your company well.

When one of our garage doors stopped working on New Year's Eve, I was dreading the anticipated time to get a technician to the house and the repair cost. I sent an inquiry Tuesday morning and was promptly engaged in a text chat with real person that was able to help me out. I was shocked to hear that a tech could be at my house that afternoon! I was alerted via text that the tech was en route and Joseph arrived right on time. He talked to my wife, diagnosed the issue and told us the office would be in touch. Later that day I got a message saying they had the necessary parts in stock and could be back out on Thursday, just 2 days later! I added an inspection and service to my functioning door and within 72 hours, we were back up and running with new and improved parts and 2 smoothly operating doors all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Fimbel Garage Doors, thank you for getting our car back in the garage so quickly!

I had my garage door cables snap. Fimbel was able to get to me the first business day after I left a message. Repair was wrapped up quickly with no issues. The price was fair and exactly as expected. Thank you for the great service.

I recently needed repairs at all 3 of my garage doors at my hotel. After calling the first companies (of which I will not name) that popped up on a Google search, and getting the run around, I scrolled down further and found FIMBEL Garage Doors. I'm so glad I did!!! They repaired all 3 of my doors for less than the price I expected to fix one of them, they got to me in no time at all, during the week of Christmas, and they fixed it fast and efficiently. The repairmen, Pat and Dave, even spent time showing what they had done and helping me to program my remote. I was also very surprised to find out the company is 100 years old this year. I will be using FIMBEL for all my garage needs in the future.

I attempted and FAILED miserably to swap my garage door opener. I called fimble and they sent out 2 guys the next afternoon to uninstall and reinstall everything correctly. Door works great now. Highly recommend

My wife and I recently moved into a new home where our garage doors were supplied by Fimbel. We had a blemish on one of the panels, and Meagan arranged to have it replaced. The team on-site not only replaced the panel, but adjusted the door operation and fixed a non working remote. We also had decorative hardware added to the door. All was completed in less than an hour. Picture speaks for itself.

I could not be happier with Fimbel Garage Doors. Dan, the sales guy, was great. Seth and Craig were equally awesome doing the install today. Clean, efficient, on time, professional and they even called me two days after I placed my order to tell me they overcharged me by accident, and refunded me over $500. I know how hard it is to find one good person to work for you these days. The fact that such great people all work under one roof says a heck of a lot about Fimbel. Highly recommend! It's Sunday morning and my garage door breaks as we are getting ready to return my grandchildren back to their parents. We were packed up and ready to go, I hit the garage door button and it went up a few feet, down a few feet and stopped. To make a long story short we switched to another car and headed for Massachusetts. I was searching for garage door companies with emergency service and came across Fimbel in Brentwood NH and gave them a call. I followed the directions for emergencies and Chris answered the phone. From the moment he answered my day went from bad to great! He arranged for a service call at 4 PM on Sunday and explained the repair process, cost and what to expect. A short while later I got a confirmation text and then another when the service tech was on his way. The text even showed me a map to track him with updated estimated time. Joey Venuti showed up right on time, with a genuine smile on his face, explained the repair and got to work. He didn't have the spring we needed but did a temporary repair so that we can use the door until the new springs come in. He even checked out the rest of the door and lubricated everything so it was working perfectly. Having owned several small businesses I know the value of great customer service and also how difficult it is to consistently make it happen. Fimbel Seacoast has somehow mastered it to perfection. Congratulations to whoever owns this company and a sincere thank you to Chris and Joey for not only saving but making my day! These days it's almost impossible to find outstanding service like this on a normal work day......but on a Sunday!! Five stars is simply not enough.

Very nice experience when I called to schedule the appointment. The person who answered the phone explained the pricing prior to scheduling the appointment. Did not have to wait long for an appointment. The serviceman arrived on time. Informed me of what the problem was and what needed to be done. Recommended, not forced, other services that would be beneficial for the longevity of my garage door motor and connecting parts. Very educational for me. EXCELLENT. Will definitely hire again! Services Rendered: Torsion spring and cable needed to be redone. They needed to correct a problem that I had with the original installation of the garage door by Wescott Garage Doors (don't bother calling), he doesn't return phone calls). Turns out, the installation wasn't level either! The handle and the locks needed to be redone. This was all done by Fimbel. EXCELLENT work, done promptedly and at a fair price!

Amazing team. I interacted with about a half dozen individuals and every one of them was professional and courteous. They even setup the panels in their shop so I could stop by at my convenience and paint them prior to the install. When I first called they mentioned a 5% Angie's list discount. When they sent out an estimator we both forgot about the discount and I paid in full. Their team caught the overpayment after the fact and went out of their way to refund the balance. All work was performed as scheduled and exceeded expectations. Absolute pleasure to work with. I just wish they offered more services as I would love to use them more often. Services Rendered: Replace two panels on one garage door. Reinforcement bar and tune up on two door.

Everything went extremely well. The company was responsive, showed up when they said they would arrive, provided different options at different prices and explained the benefits of each option. They were up front with the costs and charged exactly what had been agreed upon. They did the work quickly and efficiently. Services Rendered: Replace two old chain-driven garage door automatic openers with two new quiet units, all new pulleys and nylon wheels for both doors. Realign the units, and add an outdoor keypad.
