I called Integrity Overhead Doors I believe last Saturday for a broken cable on one side of the garage door and I believe it was Shane who came out ( haven't received a copy of invoice yet) so I'm not sure what labor and parts cost. He examined the broken cable and and gave a quote of 547.00 which I thought my teeth were going fall and when he said that the springs had to be replaced because they don't rewind them....and I said there fairly new within last two years and I'm not replacing them I'll call someone else for service. He then came back with a quote of 350.oo and wouldn't change springs and he said he would also lub door....which was a joke but I had to have fixed so I paid him the 350 for a total of 20 mins of work and no springs had to be rewound. I think this price is outrageous and gouging and going to make sure here in Boston that they needed to be alerted and post warning home owners about my experience. Very disappointed, Tyler Ramirez..

It was an excellent experience. They replaced both garage doors, motors, openers, etc. They made a full installation for a more than reasonable price. All the work was done on time, as agreed and the quality of the work done exceeded expectations. This is not the first time I work with this company and they do an excellent job every time. On the recommendation of friends, we reached out to Integrity Overhead Doors for help with our garage door, which was "wobbly" when closing and often reversed repeatedly before finally closing. The assigned technician arrived in the estimated window and was able to quickly fix the issue. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. Pricing was fair and transparent. Jamie Mann spent a lot of time with us up front making sure we got the garage doors that would meet our needs. He called company representatives to make sure they could supply the custom color we wanted. He placed the special order without requiring a deposit, and called as soon as it came in. Installation was flawless. He and his nephew arrived on time, worked quickly to remove the old doors, install the new ones, and cleaned up afterwards. We were able to ask questions along the way, including how to program the new opener. He added electrical plugs to accommodate the updated technology, threw in an extra clicker and outside wall panel, and he even supplied a light bulb that wasn’t included with the new opener. The last thing Jamie did before driving away was to bend down with a brush and dustpan to eliminate any minor debris on the garage floor. It could not have gone better, and I would recommend this company completely. Services Rendered: We replaced old wooden garage doors and an electric garage door opener. While most doors are white, we wanted to special order a custom color. Most customers don’t do this because of the added expense, but we were opting to pay the cost up front to avoid the need to paint the doors periodically for maintenance in the future. The new doors are insulated, and the opener has battery backup included.

Jamie and Andrew JUST left, and the quality and value of the service was such that I felt writing a review was very much in order. Once I put in a request for a quote, via the request feature, I spoke to Jamie within minutes. He was able to get out here first thing the next morning and was not only on-time, but called ahead of time to let me know he was on-schedule. While here, the guys went above and beyond what any home owner could reasonably consider the expected level of service. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and I would absolutely hire them again.
