No problems, no hassle and a happy homeowner. Services Rendered: I needed a insular=ted replacement garage door. I was quoted a price and told the door was not a standard size and had to be specially made and it would take 3 weeks for the company to make it.. 3 weeks later Steve called me on a Monday and said the door would be installed on Tuesday. Tuesday morning they came and installed the door and the price quoted is what it cost for the door and labor.

Karmin door was the first one to respond to our call, and showed up the same day. they found out that the we actually need a new opener. they came back 3 days later with all the right parts. The whole process went very smoothly. the technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and did a thorough inspection as well (he also fixed our misaligned sensor). very satisfied with the final results. the new motor was much quieter. would definitely use Karmin again. Services Rendered: replace liftmaster garage door opener, replace torsion spring.

Steve is wonderful! He arrived exactly on time, and he worked hard to complete his task. He is very neat. Steve was less expensive than two competitors. Services Rendered: Steve replaced our garage door as well as our neighbor's garage door.

I highly recommend them. I got a quote from another well known company who said that these doors no longer existed and proceeded to quote me for 2 brand new doors. I called Karmin for a second quote. He was very responsive, stopped by and said that he only needed to replace the top section. When the part came in (identical to the existing section), he installed the door section. He even checked the springs, lines, etc of both garage door openers and oiled them. I will definitely use them for future garage door work. Services Rendered: Replaced top section of a garage door and oiled and cleaned parts of both garage door units. This included the cost of the door section.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Karmin Door. Very professional in all aspects in dealing with this company from getting an estimate to installation . I would recommend this company. When ,Steve [Owner} arrived to give an estimate for the job, he had brochure's about products he would install. Other company's that gave estimates didn't .
