Ronen and Mass Garage Doors were great. My torsion spring broke, leaving my door inoperable. I called Ronen and he was out at my house the next day to give me an estimate. I had him order the part and he was back to do the install as soon as it arrived. He did quality work and I am very happy with the result, would recommend in a heartbeat.

Ronen is a magician! He fixed my door that was dented. This was caused by a car going into it. The wheels that raise and lower the door left their track. The door was bent and deformed. What a joke. After telling us that it would $89 to assess, he came over, didn't have the parts, would have to order the rubber strips and it would come to over $500. We called other more professional companies and it was half the cost of this fly-by-night operation. When we discussed it with him, he said, "Yes, that's the way I operate". I predict that he will not win many customers with this arrogant attitude.
Booked an appointment for next day using online appointment booking form. Received a callback but couldn't get to the phone. Only info in the VM was to call them, but they closed 10 minutes after the VM was left so I couldn't reach them. I used the online form since my day was meeting heavy at work, but we needed someone to come out and provide an estimate. Turns out they were calling to tell me the estimate wasn't free and would cost $89. Why not post that on your site where it's easy to see and/or on your online appointment booking form? I didn't have anyone show up, but they did call me 13 minutes into my booked appointment time, which I took time off of work to attend. Why not leave those details in the VM and ask someone to leave a message confirming if they still want the appointment? Very simple way to overcome this. Overall, horrible communication to their customers. Won't be using them as first impressions matter and this first impression was pretty shitty and a waste of time on my end.
Fast response to initial request for repair should have been my first warning...but came out and left door in worse shape than when he came out. My garage door was partially working, and he correctly identified that spring needed to be replaced, but during repair as garage door was opening, loud crunching sound and second spring ruined, and gentleman telling me that second spring also in bad shape and needs to replaced. I was standing there during entire repair. When I said the second spring did not look like that before you came, he refused to finish the job and just left... and left the garage not functioning... I get accidents happen but to leave a customer in a worse off situation and completely leave the job is unacceptable business.

Our garage door broke (days before Christmas) and I called a few local technicians expecting not to get anyone out without paying a premium until the New Year. I was pleasantly surprised that Ronen was able to come out and have my door repaired within 24 hrs. He quoted labor and parts upfront, was very transparent (and fair) on his pricing, and communicated well. He consulted with me as he found issues and advised on what to replace, but wasn't trying to upsell me on stuff that didn't need fixing. Very professional.

Ronen helped fix my issue and provided above and beyond service for us, including lubricating the rollers (pulleys?). He also installed new light bulbs. I definitely would recommend anyone to call him for anything related to garage doors.
Ronen is great. Got an appointment quickly, he tuned up the doors and went the extra mile, changing the bulbs to LED bulbs and programming a remote for me. He also pointed out something else in the garage that needed to be fixed, which I had not noticed. Rates are reasonable. I will definitely use him again!
I called in the morning and left a message. Ronen called me back within a few minutes and walked me through scheduling an appointment via his website. A little clunky to do that instead of doing everything on the phone but maybe it's easier for him that way. This process involved prepaying a standard $129 charge. No free estimate, though I did not ask for that. Ronen was available the same morning. When he arrived, he explained that the garage door lock handle was not being turned completely and thus was causing the door to not open. He inspected the opening mechanism and lubricated the moving parts and lock. While he was there, he offered (for free) to inspect my other three garages and tuned them up as well. If I was able to, I would probably dock half a star for small things: clunky initial administration, lack of an estimate, and having more of an all-business demeanor (vs overly friendly). Still, I found Ronen to be professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely use him again.
I had a very good experience with Ronen. Our garage was randomly opening/closing, which turned out to be a 5 minute fix. Instead of just leaving at that point, Ronen proceeded to examine the rest of the garage door. Turns out the door was not closing properly because of some problems with the rubber padding at the side of the garage, and the garage door was not properly aligned due to an issue with how it was installed. He also gave me some advice on the type of light bulb I should be using in the garage opener to prevent damage to the internal electronics. Anyway... I called him for a simple issue, and he fixed it and also all the other issues he saw instead of just turning a blind eye. Great service... would use him again.
