Google5One of the best customer service experiences I've had as a home owner! I had ordered the parts for my garage door (busted springs and cables) but was unable to complete the repairs. Their technician came out and in a wonderful display of ethics, confirmed that the parts I had ordered were correct and didn't try to sell me anything additional. He completed the work quite expeditiously and went the extra mile to ensure the garage door motor was properly calibrated for the new load. Completely professional and a pleasant company to work with!

Google5called this company on Thursday night and left a message. I received a follow up call from them the very next morning and a technician was at my home not an hour later. These folks are clearly as it good as it gets! The follow up, the professionalism, and the knowledge of the technician was truly amazing. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime !! Thanks so much

Google5My garage door opener and the springs were broken. I called Planet Garage Door Repair after seeing their commercial on TV and I am glad I did. From the person answering the phone to the technician everyone was so helpful and professional. The Technician came out the same day, with the garage door opener I wanted (WIFI enabled). He walked me thru the process and explain in detail what he would be doing and also provided great recommendations based on dinosaur set up. Same day service and installed very fast, I would highly recommend Planet Garage Door Repair.

Google5Our garage door jammed when the spring shaft broke. They came out first thing the next day to repair it. Staff replaced all of the broken parts and tuned up the garage door, and installed a new opener. Now the garage door is super quiet and works flawlessly. It was excellent, professional, and a very nice guy. I would highly recommend them.

Google5This company was the best. Very knowledgeable and courteous. It had everything with him, so as soon as we agreed on a price, it was able to install the gear. The garage door opener he recommended was exactly what I was looking for. The latest and greatest tech and extremely quiet. If you want the best, go with them.
