Extremely pleased with Reliable Overhead Door. We had them replace the springs and cables on one of our doors and install a new opener. Jay was very personable and professional. He provided us with a quote on a Wednesday morning, and by the end of the day the job was completed. The crew (Joe and Dave) were great. They did a high quality job and were more than happy to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to call on them again.

I'll be honest I had been recommended a different company by multiple people but they never returned my calls after waiting two weeks. I left a message with Reliable overhead door and a day or so later I got a return call and scheduled the estimate. We had one door opener that got fried due to a plumbing issue but the other door opener was just as old so we decided to have everything replaced. The estimate was super fair so we said do it. They decided to schedule us when they had another job in the area so we said sure then got a call a few days later to schedule the work. We weren't able to meet the guys for the work but Jay said it was fine to just leave the garage open and he got to work! I got home to find both my doors were opening smooth as butter and had all new buttons, clickers and sensors and a new keypad outside. I'm more than satisfied with the work, cleanup, price, and timeliness. I'll be recommending this company from now on!

I called Reliable Overhead Door in a panic this morning because my cable on my door snapped and I couldn't open my garage door. When I spoke with Jay, he knew exactly what needed to be done and instantly relieved my worry. Luckily he was available and was at my residence within 30 minutes. He got the job done quickly and at a fair price. His service lives up to the company name. Jay has helped me in the past installing a garage door keypad also. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.

I was very impressed with number of items addressed in a routine service appointment. Jay was very accommodating as I was able to schedule an appointment within a week's time. One of the springs on one of my two garage doors broke. I decided to replace both springs on both doors. On the first visit he did not have the right spring for replacement. The following week he came and replaced all 4 springs. Later I noticed that the safety cable did not go through the last loop in one of the springs so I called him. He came back within a week and fixed that. He did not charge until the work was fully done and did not charge for repeated visits. The final price was the lowest among the 3 or 4 places I called and exactly within initial estimate. He was always professional. He always either picked up the phone or called back shortly after I had left a voicemail. Services Rendered: Replaced both extension springs on two garage doors

My garage door would only open about 1 foot. It seemed as if the cables were twisted. i purchased Jay's $89 garage special that tunes up your garage door and replaces rollers. Jay answered his cell promptly and when I described my problem he was happy to see if he could come out later the same day depending on the snow storm. He was actually here working on my garage within two hours having completed his pre-existing appointments and the snow storm just beginning. Turns out the heavy door required some adjustments to the motor. Then Jay and his assistant performed a tune up and within the hour he was finished. Thank you Jay great job. Services Rendered: Service call to repair door that only opened about 1 foot. Adjusted motor for weight of the door, oiled, and adjusted tension on cables.

We called Reliable Overhead Door for the first time when our 20 years old garage door snapped a spring. We had wires hanging from the rail and had no idea on what it would take or cost to repair it. We were so fortunate to have found Jay and his crew member, who got us a quick appointment, arrived promptly at our home, repaired the door and did a tune-up on it while there all for a great price.
