Google5Sky Castle came to my rescue! After backing up into my garage door yesterday, I couldn't close my door. Sky Castle was the fourth company I called after the first three said they couldn't come the same day. I just needed to get the door down for safety reasons. The customer service I experienced from the get go was wonderful. Eric was at my house in one hour and was able to close the door. He took the time to tell me my options, made some calls and was able to replace my door this morning while a big snowstorm was beginning! Eric was very professional and did a great job! I feel so lucky and relieved to have everything taken care of in one day and my car is in the garage while it's snowing. Thank you Sky Castle!!!

Google5Eric and his team did an excellent job installing 2 new garage doors. We requested they raise the door as high as possible to clear a car lift, it's within an inch or less of the support beam in our garage. Very happy customer.

Google5Eric and the service that he provided is AWESOME! He contacted right away after I requested a quote online. He went out to the property without the need of my presence and was able to provide me with an estimate within hours. He completed the work as scheduled and for the quote provided. I highly recommend Sky Castle. Best service I have had by any company in years!

Google5Eric at Sky Castle Garage did a good job and was able to get out sooner than expected to fix the garage door. We have six houses on our property and will keep Eric's phone number on file for future repairs and will recommend to friends. Thank you, Deb Eric and his crew did a great job installing a new garage door at one of the rental properties. This is the second job he has provided for us. Good service, work and price. Google5A friend referred Eric & Skycastle to me. Nick repaired my garage door & also gave me life time warranty on the spring which he installed. The overall charge was kind of high but I was happy about the warranty. Nick was cordial, professional & has excellent people skills. I'm referring this company to my friend for his garage door & hope my friend will be taken care of efficiently.

BBB5Eric D*******, owner of Sky Castle Garage Doors installed 2 garage in my daughter's 2 car steel, pre-fab garage. Installing the doors in this type of structure is much more difficult and time consuming than installing them in your typical wooden garage because all the support structure had to be build to hold the doors. Eric did a timely job in a cost efficient manner. He stuck to his original estimate and time frame. He even stopped by on a Sunday afternoon when I called him since the doors were stuck and wouldn't move. He interrupted his bike ride, came over, diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately! He is very responsive, professional and kind! In addition he recommended his electrician friend who completed the electrical installation in the garage when the previous electrician abandoned the job without notice. The entire job passed inspection without issues. Thank you, Eric!
