Called David this morning because my garage door stopped working and he was able to show up within a couple hours. Took the time to actually show me what the issue was and provide options for fixing. He had an entirely new garage door opener installed in an hour and then took the time to walk me through all the controls and setting. Excellent Service!!!
I called David yesterday because our garage door wouldn't close properly. He answered the phone himself, immediately got me down on his schedule for this morning. Showed up right on time, was so polite and respectful, and was very transparent about pricing and what we could expect to pay based on what the issue ended up being. He fixed our sensor issue fast and let me know that the next problem I may encounter at some point in the somewhat near future was replacing springs (I believe that was the part, I don't speak garage door ). He told me replacing them would make the door quieter and would help it run smoother for longer without any more hiccups that he would have to come fix. I didn't feel like he was up selling. He was being genuine in his advice-giving and told me the pros and cons of doing it now versus waiting. After I had him replace them, he gave me instructions on how to keep things maintained. He is a genuine honest man who runs an honest company and I'll be keeping him in mind and recommending him to neighbors and friends anytime!!! Thanks David!
Our garage door spring snapped in half. I called Brooker Garage Doors he was willing to come out ASAP, but my schedule wouldn't allow it. However, he worked around my schedule, brought and replaced the spring all in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Brooker Garage Doors for all your garage door needs.
I called Brooker garage on a Monday morning early I figured I would get a message but Dave Brooker answered right away he had just finished a early call and took my info said he could be by me in a hour. Dave showed up just before that was very upbeat friendly guy. He looked at the door which was a spring issue. He was done in less then a hour and for what the parts cost we felt it was a very good honest price. I read other reviews and like them I feel Brooker is a good choice fast service working with people . I would recommend

I couldn't be happier with my new quiet garage door. Moved into my house on 09/11/20. Garage door was loud but worked. 5 weeks later garage door stopped working. Brooker Garage Doors came out and within 30 minutes had a new quiet garage door. The experience and service were fantastic and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend!
The spring on my garage door broke and I was unable to raise or lower the door. I called Brooker Garage Doors late that afternoon and spoke with David Brooker, the owner. After returning from my father's funeral my thoughts were not on the proper function of a clutch pedal. In a literal split second I was emerged from my garage through the door like the Batmobile from the Batcave.Mr Brooker had great reviews so along with the original installer and one other I took bids. The original installer said they weren't able to match the door anymore, the other just wasn't interested in doing a bid. Mr Brooker set himself apart by doing a timely reasonable bid and forwarded the bid and photos so I could complete the insurance paperwork. The price was appropriate. He matched the door perfectly with the other doors as well as trim. The function is silent, fast and keypads are placed exactly where convenient.
