I ordered three garage doors and an additional garage door for my home with Overhead door in Bowling Green Ky. My sales rep came to my home and met with my husband and they discussed what we would need for the building and what I would like for my home. My husband said, I have to discuss with my wife and she will call you to confirm. When I called the sales rep we discussed a certain style door with a certain look and color For the house. He ordered what he and my husband discussed instead of we me and the salesman decided on later. When the door was delivered and installed, I explained that this is not the door I requested at all. They offered me $250.00 to make it right or charge an additional $2200.00 for the new door at cost and NO refund for the door that was installed. I would just be out that $3600.00 They say when on hold in their recording how important their customers are and they will make anything right! All lies. I do not recommend anyone use this company. They also tell you installation is 4 to 6 weeks out, but don't show up until 10 weeks later. Horrible customer service and not one time did they own up to their mistake. The installation crew however, worked their tales off in 100 degree temps and did a great job. But that doesn't make up for my complete disappointment in this company. Garbage. I hate this ugly hideous shit brown door. Looks horrible. I never would have ordered that for my home. Apparently their sales guy only listens to men, women beware.

Very nice store. Great selection, friendly employees, and helpful when pricing a door. They do garage door installation, repair, parts, and remotes. All for both residential and commercial jobs.
