Great "emergency" service. Technician very friendly and replaced Springs in about 30 minutes.
LOOK ELSEWHERE. We had an awful experience with these guys back in 2021. They were behind schedule and arrogant and hard to work with. Recently, I had to disassemble part of the door that they'd installed, and I was appalled to see the shoddy work. Fasteners that don't anchor to anything; cover plates that aren't actually attached to anything, gaps and poor measurements... Mediocre. Suffice to say, they overpromised and underdelivered. I'll work with just about anybody else before another lap with these folks.
I called with a door which would not close. I was given enough troubleshooting information and diagnostic tests to identify the problem and was able to correct the problem without needing a service call! * * * OUTSTANDING * * *
My husband called Bridger Garage Door this morning to request a service call on our personal garage door as it would not open fully. Ken called to see if I was home, he was out 10 min. later as he said and quickly diagnosed our issue as a broken spring. He replaced the springs and lubricated the coils. They always follow up and have great customer care. I had a problem with an existing door and the came out and fixed it. They always have a smile and are great to work with. I really like how the send you pictures of your house with the future door superimposed.

Tim performed a service call today. I had called Bridger Garage Doors to inspect and service our three year old garage door that at times would either open or close only part way. I have received excellent service twice (!) from these guys. Morgan, who answers the phone is responsive, informative and pleasant. The crew is on-time, efficient and knowledgeable. A fair price for speedy service, which is important when you cannot get your car out of your garage. I highly recommend.
I do building maintenance for a living. I've worked with ALL of the other companies in the valley. My clients expect me to pick the best company, and my reputation is on the line. After Kaufman's Garage Door Repair stuck it to me, I was looking for a new company. Then I found these people. They are the greatest. When I call them the appointment gets scheduled, and they are there at the time when scheduled. Usually they can get here the next day, or several times it's been sooner. The price is always fair, may times for less then I expected. The most important thing to me is that I can DEPEND on them. Money doesn't matter if my customer isn't satisfied.
Purchased two doors. Great job on installation. I believe however that service after the sale has become all about money, not good service with a simple problem. The owner becomes aggressive and forgets what customer service is really about. Suggest doing business somewhere else
This place is AWESOME, I called them and they told me over the phone how much it would cost to fix my garage door, and that is what they actually charged me. They had the broken spring(s) fixed the same day, made sure my opener worked properly and lubed it all up. I can not remember the young lady's name that answers the phone but she is awesome...I would call this place again to have my door fixed.
I recently called up Bridger Door Company during this most recent cold snap. My door was all kinds of screwed up and I couldn't get it closed, opened or anything in between. I made a call to Bridger Door Co that next morning after calling two or three other companies and them telling me it would be at least a week out. I was hoping just to get it closed so that I wasn't putting all my goods on display for the all neighbor to see, at a minimum. But everyone was booked. Bridger Door told me they would get to it as quickly as the could. I got a call two hours later that a tech was going to go check it out that morning to at least get it closed. Instead he fixed the door and it runs better than ever. They were professional, experienced, polite, efficient, and above all FAST! That's important when it's 15 below outside. So thank you! I'll make sure everyone I know hears how great of a job you guys do!
