Great family owned business. I had used them a few times at my place on Putter Ct and they were always helpful and although I needed to replace the "worn out" garage door opener, they were very conscientious and professional.

I would give six stars if I could. I was in a real jam with a car stuck in the garage and an inoperable door.. John came out the day of my call and fixed the door at a fair price. Thanks John

John was great. Our torsion spring broke and we're about to head out of town. He called me the day after I emailed and had time that day. He was efficient and even upsized my spring since we had extra insulation on the door that the old spring likely shouldn't have handled. Only con would be price. I appreciated the service, but the $344 for a 25 minute job seemed a bit steep. Worth it to me given the timeliness, but others may not feel that way.

Incredible service! Originally just had broken spring but needed more repair done per advice from Doctor Door. Both times the work was done efficiently and service upon request was very quick. Highly recommend this business!

I highly recommend Doctor Door. When our garage door was not working, I called them. John answered and set up a time that day. The door needed to be replaced so they ordered one that came in sooner than expected. John and Dustin came and installed it right away. They are very professional, friendly, and organized. Great guys!!
