Yelp5I bought a 22 year old home last year with a three car garage. The garage door remote would open the double doors but not close it. John made time at the end of his day to come check out the garage door opener. After checking out several potential problems, it was a possibility the unit may need replaced. On the following service call, John's son, checked for further issues and recognized the wiring connected to the wall switch needed replaced and this resolved the issue. His persistence and honesty saved me the cost of replacing the garage door opening unit. Thanks much for their professional and honest service!!

Yelp5John saved the day! I backed into my garage door this morning. Called the garage door company that installed it. They were 30 days out from even looking at it. They recommended I call John with Dr. Door. I left a message for John, he called me right back and was at my house to FIX the door. He fixed it!! He's genius and has restored my faith in calling someone for help. Seriously, thank you John!

Yelp5Our garage door was sticking and grinding when opening or closing. Doctor Door came out was able to fix the rail alignment and replace a hinge in just about an hour. It's been a couple of months and the door still opens buttery smooth. They are very fast and responsive for scheduling work. They also quote a cost before starting the work so you know exactly what you will be paying.

Yelp5Can't say enough good things about John with Doctor Door. My garage door decided to have a mind of its own and after deciding I couldn't tackle it I reached out. I emailed them and within a few hours I got a call back. I had missed the call initially and when I called them (5 pm on a Sunday), John stated he was in my neighborhood and came over immediately. He was helpful, friendly, and got it up and running quickly. I really appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to help, as I was not expecting to have it fixed same day, nor that quickly or reasonably. I would highly recommend Doctor Door!:)

Yelp5Doctor Door was great. After a quick email from their 'Contact Us' page John (Owner) reached out immediately to ask a couple of questions and make arrangements for a site visit. After scheduling a visit the next day John arrived with all of the materials and supplies to get our doors in working order. Nice, professional quality installation. Great job would be happy to recommend to anyone with garage door related maintenance needs.

Yelp5Call this company!! Family owned, they came the same day I called and got our door working after it tangled with a vehicle. I was expecting a quote and few week delay for parts and scheduling, but they fixed it right then and there! I'm so impressed! Will always use and recommend them in the future. Several hundred less than a competitor who was weeks out. My husband also used them for a spec house and was blown away by their service. Hard working and honest folks. Highly recommend!

Yelp1I really wanted to like this company. In Feb, one motor of a 2 - car garage blew out. A week later, John came to install a new setup as the old one was from 1991. For this service we paid $360. Unfortunately, he programmed the two doors in such a way that they would move in opposite directions upon using the new buttons. I let him know, and he said there was nothing he could do and them's the breaks. Two months later the new garage door he installed broke and will not operate mechanically. I called twice to have him return to fix it. He said he would fix it Wednesday (yesterday) but did not show up or call. I was going to use this company for larger project but why invite more of this? Very frustrating. John seems like a nice guy but really I just need it fixed.

Yelp5John promptly returned my call on a Saturday evening. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service on my garage door on a Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. I would recommend John to anyone needing repairs on their garage door.
