Google5Could not ask for any better service Door got hit and he came within an hour to make it usable. Then had a new door installed in it within week. Very reasonable price. would definitely use again.

Google1Paid half down for our commercial doors in February. Never received doors. Told us the doors arrived in June. Never called or responded to anything. Finally scheduled to put them in at the end of October, Never showed up to do the work or called us to reschedule or anything. Will never do business with again.

Google1Poor communication, poor follow through, poor customer service. As of 10/16/2023 the above holds true. Our door install was FINALLY completed after we practically handheld to get it done, only to find out a few months later the track for the large overhead door had been recalled due to defects. The "business owner" said he'd be out to complete the replacement of the track in March/April of 2023 and here we are in October. The old adage is true; Some people NEVER change. Continued poor communication, poor follow through and THE WORST customer service. Do not hire this company unless you like being jerked around and treated like absolute garbage.

Google1First time we called they were very quick to arrive for a repair. Promised them more business in return. Since then nothing. Currently have a door halftime installed and cannot secure m building. Not returning calls or messages. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING!!!

Google1Paid him half down, promise me doors in 4-5 weeks after 14 weeks still no doors a lot of lies and promises. Is still trying to get my money back. Stay away, far away.

Google1DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We paid them $1550 as a down payment for new garage doors in April '23. I had to follow up in May & June on when they would be installed. He set 3 dates and made excuses as to why he never showed, then stopped returning our calls and messages. We worked with our credit card company to get our money back.

Google1quick to respond in beginning, asked for about 7 days for my remotes and no contact, ended up going to claremont to get them and they were not programmed. Nice work but not responsive

Google5Top notch. Very professional. Did an amazing job on our garage doors. Would highly recommend this company if thinking of purchase and installing a garage door.
