Met with Sarah the sales representative and she was very professional and friendly and told my wife and I that their service professional could help us to replace our torsion spring and when they arrived they, they were very professional and friendly and did an amazing Jon in replacing the spring wold definitely recommend their service from replacing a spring to a garage door they know what they are talking about and would only recommend the best product for your home complement to the whole team for a job well done.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any of the services they provided I placed a call to get my springs repaired on my garage door and Julie was beyond helpful with getting me scheduled and the guys were very professional and was done in a timely manner Aldor made this a great experience for me and my family

WOW. The spring on my door broke today - last day before Christmas holiday. I called Aldor at 3:30pm. The technician was at my house at 4:11pm. Completely back in operation before 5:00pm. THAT IS SERVICE! Impressed and I will refer.

We had a wonderful experience with Aldor. My husband called and was pleased with the price quoted - someone called later that day to schedule a next-day visit from a technician. The technician was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, our replacement springs needed some tweaking at the shop, so he told me he'd be by first thing in the morning, around 7:30. He came closer to 9... which is why I didn't give a full five stars. I called the office, but they don't open until 9, so there was no way for me to know if/when he'd be able to arrive. My husband stayed home so he could be here and was on his way to work when he passed the van! That said, the install was quick and efficient. The technician gave us good advice on keeping the springs in tip-top shape and payment was very easy over the phone with Mahryah. She emailed my receipt within minutes of payment. Aldor is a winner and we'd gladly do business with them again!

I contacted Overhead Door Co of Brunswick (who installed my garage door) only to be put off by how many days it took them to come look at my repair issue. Then, when they did finally show up they hadn't brought the parts that I had already told them were broken to do the work. Their technician was at my house maybe 5 minutes, was not very professional and didn't identify half of the parts that were broken on my garage door that I had found. He left a verbal estimate that was higher than other quotes and the estimate ranged by $100, according to him on what he needed to do. I had contacted Aldor Sales Inc. of GA a week earlier and got an estimate the same day. When I called Aldor Sales Inc. of GA back and asked if they would repair my garage door, they were so professional. They had kept my contact information from my first call to them for an estimate and they had the garage door repaired the next day at a great price.
