Garage Door of Brunswick has been an absolute blessing to myself and my family! Everyone from Tracy, Marcus, and our wonderful technician who worked over time during this holiday season to help my grandparents with their garage door! Everything was seamless and everyone we encountered was genuine and wanted to help resolve our garage problem. From multiple visits to offering countless solutions, they made an otherwise difficult process easy. They have a lifelong customer as well as a personal marketing because I will be telling everyone about how amazing and easy working with them was! I'm not giving a good review because my garage door was repaired, because it wasn't. I'm giving a good review because the young man spent quite a while honestly trying to repair it but couldn't. When I'm ready for a new garage door opener, I would not hesitate to call this company again, simply because of the efforts of the young man they sent. He does represent your company well.
I'm not one to leave a bad review for anywhere, but for over a month my front entry gate to my house has looked this way. This company is now not replying to my messages. This was a $7,200 job of which I already paid half of. First it looks like they ordered the wrong opener for the job and had to mount it in the center of my decorative gate with big ugly brackets. Even though my previous gate already had brackets at the bottom, like normal residential gates do. Twice now the brackets have ripped and bent my gate. They came out to fix it and just did the same thing again despite the installation manual for the gate opener SPECIFICALLY saying NOT to install the opener like this, and of course again the gate and big ugly bracket with giants bolts in the center of my gate are bent and ripped up. Effectively destroying that side of the gate. I will be happy to edit this review if they get this and my gate fixed asap. But it seems I'm currently being ghosted.
The Service tech was very polite, showed up within the given time frame. It didn't take him very much time to fix the problem. He reassured me that the door was fixed and in working order. I would highly recommend Garage Door of Brunswick.
Our technician was excellent. Very service oriented. He performed the maintenance of the door and all mechanical parts and helped us program the openers in our cars. He was very nice and patient with a couple with minimal tech skills. Thanks!
