I'm not one to leave a bad review for anywhere, but for over a month my front entry gate to my house has looked this way. This company is now not replying to my messages. This was a $7,200 job of which I already paid half of.
First it looks like they ordered the wrong opener for the job and had to mount it in the center of my decorative gate with big ugly brackets. Even though my previous gate already had brackets at the bottom, like normal residential gates do.
Twice now the brackets have ripped and bent my gate. They came out to fix it and just did the same thing again despite the installation manual for the gate opener SPECIFICALLY saying NOT to install the opener like this, and of course again the gate and big ugly bracket with giants bolts in the center of my gate are bent and ripped up. Effectively destroying that side of the gate.
I will be happy to edit this review if they get this and my gate fixed asap. But it seems I'm currently being ghosted.
