They had to come out twice, I told them when I first called that I needed the opener replaced because there was an intermittent problem with it working. So when they got to my house they told my girlfriend that all it needed was to have a wire rerouted and cleaned up, sold her a $35 keypad for the outside and a $95 service call. Needless to say when I got home it wasn't working (intermittent problem) so I called the next day talked to the install manager and scheduled them to come out to replace the opener. They waived the service call but nearly $500 for a garage door opener? I would have done it myself, I just didn't have the time. I just hope the warranty is as good as they say. I'll use them maintenance and warranty work. Services Rendered: Garage door opener replaced.

Trued to sell me an unnecessary replacement door and then tried to sell me parts that weren't needed either. My garage door was realigned and it works perfect. Services Rendered: Had an issue with garage door cable causing garage door to come off tracks. Called and they were very prompt. The problem came when the tech said my few year old door they installed was in need of replacement for almost $2000. I asked him why and his response was they don't make that door anymore. I then asked don't they make replacement parts and he said sure if you want to go down that path. I said well quote me for that parts i needed to get my door operational he gave me a quote for just over $900. I told him that was better but it was way more than i had paid for a similar problem in the past and i needed to get a second quote. A call to another garage door company in Brunswick proved my point. The total cost from second provider was labor only no parts were needed $100.00.

The spring on my garage door broke on Friday. I had to wait through the weekend with my car stuck in the garage. On Monday, I called a local company, based on recommendations from neighbors. They weren't available until Friday. I called Overhead of Brunswick. The receptionist was very courteous and efficient. She said the technician would arrive between 4 and 5PM. He arrived promptly at 4pm and began working right away. He replaced the torsion spring and moved the mount in less than an hour. He performed the work in an expert fashion and was very courteous. My car is free and I am very happy with the work. I would recommend them to anyone. Services Rendered: Torsion spring repair.

I recently purchased a Chamberlain 1 1/4 HP Belt Drive, wifi, garage door opener to replace an existing opener. Based upon the reviews on Angie's List, I contacted Overhead Doors of Brunswick to do the install for me. I've installed openers myself in the past but I also wanted my garage door inspected and adjusted and thought it best to have a professional accomplish this. The installer showed up exactly on time and the work was completed in an hour. One thing the installer recommended is that I replace the sectional belt track that comes with the Chamberlain unit with a solid, one-piece track. I could't be more pleased with the work done and the results. I highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: Install a new garage door opener

My garage do wouldn't open. I called Overhead Door Company Brunswick at 9 am. The service department manager said someone will be there at 1 pm. Aaron arrived at 12:45. He repaired my spring and pointed out some other problems. I purchased a new garage door and garage door opener. Aaron was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of his products. He is also very good looking. I Ann now a life long customer and would recommend them to everyone. Services Rendered: I had a broken spring.

When my wife talked to them at 8 am they said they would arrive between noon and 1 pm. They arrived at our home about 12:!5 so they were punctual. Aaron, the employee who responded, was courteous, professional, and great to work with. He not only fixed our garage door but also performed routine maintenance on each of our garage doors as well. The service work (fixing the tension spring mount) and all of the routine maintenance cost approximately $92 and took about just under an hour. Our garage door is working better than ever. If we ever have the need for any additional service to our garage door or any type of replacement we will be sure to contact Overhead Door Company of Brunswick. Services Rendered: We had a garage door emergency which essentially locked my wife's car into the garage while I was out of town on business. We contacted the Overhead Door Company of Brunswick as soon as they opened on Monday morning to request service on our garage door.
