They were absolutely amazing. I just moved in to a new house with an older garage door opener that was having some problems. They were able to schedule a next day appt, Kevin was here exactly at the beginning of of the time window. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the mechanics of my opener, gave me his recommendations after his inspection, and was able to repair the door immediately. It runs like a brand new door now. He gave me maintenance advice going into the future. Super helpful. I highly recommend both 716 Garage door repair and Kevin.
Kevin arrived to our home and was very professional. He knew the springs we had and carried them on his truck. He was very knowledgeable , quick and efficient in replacing the springs. Tested and adjusted our garage door to operate perfectly. He is a great tech! We will recommend him and 716 Garage door repair.
I had the garage door tune up done this morning mostly for peace of mind with winter here. Nick the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything he did to adjust and inspect my door and opener. I was told what I may need in the future but no pressure to get more done. I will definitely use 716 this summer when I replace the door and opener!
Josh and Damrko were here this morning to install our garage door. They worked together side by side and did an awesome job with it. They were very courteous and friendly. Josh answered all our questions and explained exactly what was done and how it was installed. Would definitely recommend Josh and Damrko and the company that they work for.
Saturday morning went to leave for the day and pressed my garage door, it tried to open but then began flashing. I disconnected the garage door opener from the garage door to lift up the door manually. That's when I realized the torsion spring was probably broken. I did a search for garage door repair near me and 716 Garage Door Repair showed up - great reviews and great star rating. So I called them at 11 am and they told me Kevin can be at my house between 2-4. Kevin then called me to let me know he was 30 minutes out, and arrived around 3. We went over the options, and I went with a much more robust torsion spring with 5 year warranty. Price was a bit more than expected, however with the current economic conditions that we are in, it didn't surprise me too much. Plus you get what you pay for - this was quality work from a quality technician and company. Kevin was super nice, explained options, and was a thorough and great worker. And when he completed the install, he went over maintenance that I should be doing on a semi annual basis. Highly recommend this company! Great job!

The tech at 716 was terrific. I believe his name was Nick. He fixed the repair that I called him out to do but he also noticed a few things that could be done for preventative maintenance. Overall the tech was great, price was reasonable and I'll definitely use you guys again
I had a broken spring and pulley on one side of garage door. Called on a Friday afternoon and they came like an hour or two later for estimate. They basically gave me 3 options. 1. Replace spring, pulley and cable 2. Upgrade to a spring. 3. Upgrade to "high cycle" torsion spring We went with the high cycle torsion spring since it's our main entryway to house and we get a 15 yr warranty. My garage door sounds so much smoother, and was able to get rid of those old rickety springs and the option I went with also got new rollers for the door, so it's glides along the track much better now too. 716 Garage Door Repair did an excellent job and was SO fast. I called around and prices were comparable. 716GDR at least gave me options. I called in afternoon on a Friday, they came same day for estimate and they came Monday morning to fix. They were knowledgeable and asked questions to make sure they understood everything.. Overall, I would use them again and would refer to a friend. Highly recommend!
