I called Ashley at Abbott when my side spring garage door system failed for the final time. She immediately scheduled Randy to come on site to check the old door out and provide a game-plan. I selected a door, color and lead time was provided. The team completed install today in a few hours and I could not be happier with their professionalism and the fact they left the space cleaner than the way they found it. If you need a new door or service, Abbott should be your first call!

I called and spoke to Ashley on Friday afternoon and they were able to send Bob out the next morning. He was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, on time, and explained exactly what needed to be done. He didn't try to upsell me and their price was very reasonable(which I appreciate more then you can imagine). I had a fabulous experience, and would definitely recommend Abbott Door!!

Abbott Door was great! We had an issue where the door to our detached garage would not open, and the only way into our garage is through the door that would not go up. The door was getting stuck on something, and there was no way to access what it was getting stuck on. I really thought we may have needed to break the door down, to regain access to our garage. Called Abbott, they came out the same day. Jim was great. He figure out how to open the door, without breaking the door. He replaced the springs, and our door is as good as new. Repairs were fairly priced. Would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT!! They were very professional. Where very understanding and willing to help us with our garage door, fast and easy! Being Senior Citizen price was really, really down to earth! Something that doesn't happen very often! Any problems THEY ARE THE ONE TO CALL!

I can't even begin to say what outstanding service we received from Abbott Door whom were recommended by friends. I called, spoke to Ashley, explained the problem regarding my elderly mother's garage door & later that day, Jeff showed up to take a look. I live out of the country and he was so courteous to contact telling me her options. We decided to order a new door which came in a little over a week and they installed it. I asked Jeff to text pictures when completed & he did. Between Mark, Ashley & Jeff they were extremely accommodating & can't recommend them enough!

Abbott Door can order a new garage door, with cool features, they just cannot complete the installation without several visits. Keep searching for other local garage door companies, Abbott Door is still trying to figure out how to install garage doors.

We needed service on a garage door. EXCELLENT service was provided within an hour. Even though it was cold and snowy we were provided with the BEST customer service. The young man was knowledgeable and courteous. Our problem was solved within a very short amount of time. This company will not disappoint!

When I found that Abbott Door Co. had an excellant report card from Angie's List plus they had earned a POH Normination I quickly called them early the next morning on 8/30/2007. I found the two owners, Karen and Dennis very friendly and accommodating. Dennis came out as soon I came home from work. He quickly found the problem and told me he could fix it within 15 min. He was completely efficient and I would NOT hesitate to call him back again if ever needed as well as recommend his company to anyone needing any garage door service. Services Rendered: Dennis came out & replaced 2 pulleys on my electric garage door.

There is never any non sense with them. They are good and tell you upfront what the problem is and how much it will cost. They don t try to sell you anything extra, which to me is very professional. The quality of the work is right up to my standards as well. Services Rendered: The door went down on our garage because the springs broke. They replaced both springs.

The sales person, Karen, and the installer, Randy did a wonderful job. They were very informative, polite and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company. Services Rendered: I had a garage Door Replaced. I went to Abbott Garage and spoke with Karen. She was very informative regarding the type of garage door I would need. I had a pre-existing insulated garage door and she explained that I really do not need an insulated one since It was not attached to my house. She saved me a lot of money. The appointment was set up for 2 days later and their installer Randy was right on time. The old garage door was taken down and the new one installed. The old one was hauled away which made my life easier. There was one glitch, in which when I later used the garage door, it would catch on the weather stripping. I called the next day and it was repaired by the time I got home from work.
