Called American Garage door and spoke to Shannon. Told her I was having issues with my garage door going up in cold weather. She set up an appointment to have it looked at the next day. Shannon called to let me know Connor was on his way that next morning. Connor couldn't have been more pleasant and knowledgeable. He asked if I wanted the garage door fixed that afternoon, I said yes, that would be wonderful. Connor gave me an estimate and it was very reasonable. David came within two hours and replaced some parts and installed a new garage door opener, replacing mine from 1995. The door now runs smoothly, quietly and is like new. David went through all the parts and explained everything he installed and how to change lights, work the keypad, remotes, etc.. I give them all five stars and highly recommend them.

Very impressed with American Garage Door from first phone call, to estimate to project completion! First class all the way around. Shannon in the office is super polite and helpful. Great communication throughout the process. Dave, who came out to do the estimate was fantastic explaining the variety of options. The install team of Connor and Kyle were exceptional. Thorough, polite, took the time to explain everything including preventative maintenance to get the most out of your new doors. In addition to being a local third generation company, which in and of itself is impressive, American Garage doors pricing was extremely competitive. I had multiple estimates and was most comfortable dealing with American Garage Door and it's crew. I'm glad things came out as well as they did! I would not hesitate to recommend them. You won't be disappointed (plus you will save $ too)!

Amazing work! Family owned and operated. Was very upfront and honest with his work. We thought we might need our garage door replaced. The man assured us we did not need a new door and explained exactly how he was going to fix it and what he was going to do. Never did he try to upsell us on anything that we did not need/want. All around great service. Very fair pricing, Quick work, arrived on time, answered any questions we had with a detailed answer.

Great experience all around. Fair, honest pricing with quality work that was completed quickly and on time. At first, I called a major company that has a lot of "precision" advertising, but was shocked at their ridiculous, commisioned pricing. American Garage Doors was less than half the price for the same materials! It's never fun having to pay for unexpected repairs, but when you find a company you can trust it makes that pill much easier to swallow. I'll be a customer for life and will recommend them to anyone in need of a reputable, local business.

I've been using American Garage Door for years. They always come out timely and fix any issues at what I feel is a reasonable expense. The repairer is always personable and friendly and gets the job done. I appreciate a company that considers the client. We use our garage more as our front door. When my car gets locked in the garage and I need a quick repair I can count on American Garage Door. Thank you!

The American Garage Door office and sales staff were pleasant and helpful while selecting and ordering. Communications were efficient and informative between ordering and delivery. The installer was exactly on time with the product. He efficiently removed the old door and installed the new door and equipment. When the installation was complete, he patiently went through explaining the features after cleaning up after himself. A first class operation from start to finish.
