Len did a great job! Work was done promptly and efficently. I called when our opener suddenly stopped working and was able to get scheduled quickly. Len came out right away, adjusted the springs so we could manually operate the door and replaced the opener soon after. Our new garage door opener performs effortlessly in spite of the fact that our existing garage door is quite heavy. The springs are working now, but are very old, so we decided that we will also have Len replace those in the near future to avoid another breakdown. We will recommend Bartlett Overhead Door to others!
