Trust in Pete, Crawford Door of WNY. He is very professional. Support a locally owned business. For years, it has been difficult to find a business that provides true customer service. I had another garage door company stop, to only tell me , that I did not need a garage door opener! The opener had a mind of its own (so to speak). Clearly, the other company could not be bothered with such a small job. Pete installed a high quality door opener, and oh what a priviledge to have a product that works ! Thanks Pete.

I have been calling places about getting a new garage door opener and because I didn't have the exact height of my garage ceiling, the height of the garage door..etc.. every place was just giving me such a hard time and outrageous prices just to come out to look at my garage/door/opener. My friend recommended Crawford door... he said they were great. I called about getting an appointment..figuring it would be next week....within 45 minutes of calling the owner showed up at my house and installed a brand new garage door opener!!! I was shocked I was getting same day service...... I thought he was only coming out to take measurements and see what my old garage door opener system was. SO HAPPY I didn't have to wait for him to come back. Great price and exactly the garage door opener I was looking for. Needless to say I won 110% recommend Crawford Door of WNY!!!

We needed to have our garage door opener serviced. I called on a Friday and was scheduled for Monday morning. We ended up needing a new opener installed. Pete installed it right away. He was prompt, professional and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend them!

I contacted Crawford Door because I needed a garage door opener replaced and a keypad installed. Being a smaller job, I knew a lot of companies may not be interested. I was referred to Crawford Door by a co worker. And I just have to say they were awesome! I called the office to set up an appointment, and they were able to come within the week. The installer was on time, friendly and did a wonderful job! The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunate tragedy happen and garage door was ruined, which began the process of looking for replacement. Many prices but no doors available for 15 weeks, until calling Crawford door. Specifications of my door and site visit by Pete, pricing given and availability was 3 to 4 weeks. Quality of door matched previous one and installation went without any issues, only took 3 hours. All communication with Holley in office was done through emails and a couple of calls, quotation and manufacturer brochure, no surprises. I am very happy with new door, installation and how office handled paperwork, would highly recommend Crawford Door.

My door broke on a Saturday while they were closed. They returned my call on Monday morning and arranged to fix it for me. I am very pleased with the work and felt the people were trustworthy. Services Rendered: Crawford Door repaired the garage door. They straightened the vertical tracks and reset the tension.
