Purchase and install went great. Bought multiple doors on a few different houses. Poor communication and service after the installs. As long as you don't need parts or service you might be ok. Called and emailed for months trying to order glass replacement for a broken window. Wasn't asking for any discount or freebie. Only needed to order the glass. I still have a broken window after a year of trying to contact.

I would highly recommend them for all your garage needs and services! They were extremely professional and accommodating when I was having issues with my garage door. My door was really loud when shutting, but it was promptly fixed and nearly soundless after repair. I also had a garage pin pad installed which was efficiently done by a friendly staff member. 10/10 service!!

Once again they did not disappoint. Had a garage door installed in I believe 2009, one of the track wheels was loose and ready to fall off. I called them yesterday and arrived today to replace both top track wheels and inspection for any other problems. Highly recommend this company.

Desperately needed a new garage door and opener. Decided to call Ridge overhead doors and glad I did!! Al came and gave a estimate. Very nice and great prices. The installer was a hard worker ,friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this company!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Being new to North Tonawanda we wanted to support local businesses so before closing on our house I put a call into Ridge Overheard Doors to get an estimate on new garage doors. Al promptly responded with great advice and drove by the address to assess the job. He emailed us pictures of the garage with images of how the new doors would look. As soon as we closed on the house we met with him in person and placed the order. Today Chris came and in a few hours had expertly installed our new doors. We were thrilled to actually have doors that function on our 90 year garage. Professional, courteous and expert service! We are two very satisfied customers!

My wife and I just bought our first home, and to make the garage usable for our cars, we needed a door opener installed. Upon being recommended by a family member we decided to use Ridge Overhead Door. We could not be happier with the service we got!! Everything from the phone call to arrange the visit to make measurements, to the measuring itself, and the installation, everyone we talked to and worked with were very polite, worked efficiently, and made the process very easy!!

I learned that in addition to Overhead door products, Ridge also does maintenance on other brands, including Craftsman. They made an appointment to come the next day, the gentleman was punctual, and completed the work promptly. I have had no problems with the door since. The total price was $75, so I was very pleased Services Rendered: I recently purchased a house, and was having problems with the automatic garage door opener. It is from Sears, and had a tag with a number to call. I contacted Sears, and they informed me it would be $75 to just come to the house, then they would give an estimate, and then I would need to pay more to have the repair done. My parents used Ridge overhead doors, so I called them to see if they could help.

My wife and I recently built a home. When we contacted Al he didn't try to sell us over the phone or up sell anything. He asked what we wanted, helped us remain in our budget, and was available on 4 separate occasions to talk with us about questions/concerns. He even reached out to inform us that a selection we made had the potential to be an aesthetic issue with the design of the rest of the house. Not only was he correct, he was very polite and professional. Never in any of our conversations did Al or Mike put the business first. We alway felt like the priority and the work the service they provided was exceptional. We were so happy, we are having them replace a garage door for my mother.
