Right from when my husband called to inquire about pricing to installation I could not have been happier. Someone came out right away to provide a quote in the middle of January. The person that provided the quote was not pushy at all. They told us approximately 4 weeks from ordering to installation but managed to get the door in earlier as the weather cooperated (early April) and they had a cancelation. The installer showed up right on time and was suoer polite and courteous and answered all of our questions He did a great job and finished the garage door installation in under 4 hrs. Our new door looks fantastic. So happy that we went with you for our garage door. I would recommend your company to anyone looking for a new door
I can't say enough positive things about this company! I went into their showroom and picked out the door I wanted, they came and measured, then ordered my new door. They called soon after to tell me it was in and set up an installation appointment. They were here right on time, took my old ugly door down and installed my beautiful new door and garage door opener in no time at all. They completely cleaned up everything and hauled the old door away. The new door looks wonderful and my house looks so much better. I would highly recommend this company.
We contracted them to furnish and install the garage door for our new custom home. I requested they advise the earliest install date as the house was still open and we couldn't get insurance until the structure could be locked up. They accommodated our request in a timely fashion. When the garage interior work was done I called to schedule the remote door opener installation and asked if they would reset the door to better fit the finished interior opening. Denise graciously agreed and also informed me that they were going to replace the entire door due to a manufacturer defect. I never noticed any defect or complained of any problem with operating the door. Bottom line, this company and their employees were the most helpful, gracious and honorable people I've had the pleasure of working with. I had a new opener installed 10 years ago. It came with an indoor sensor so I would know if the garage door was open without going downstairs to check at night. (I have a raised ranch.) The light on the sensor kept blinking like the door was open so I called Sunrise to see if they had another sensor.. I couldn't find my manual to troubleshoot either. The secretary looked everything up for me even though it was so old! I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she was wonderful!! Turns out I only needed a battery! I didn't realize it had a battery since the sensor plugs into the wall! Their entire staff was extremely professional from putting the opener in to installing a new garage door a few years later! Highly recommend this company!!
I called for an estimate first and they had the best price in the Niagara Falls area. They made the appointment for a new automatic garage door to be put in within a few days. I couldn't believe how quickly they tore down the old broken garage door, took it apart and put it in the back of their truck. They had up the new door within the hour. Highly impresses with the customer service and quickness of the installers. Will definitely be a returning customer!
Needed a new garage door due to a pregnancy brain mishap involving my SUV and our old garage door... Sunrise was recommended to us so we contacted them. Denise responded promptly to my emails and answered all of my questions. She was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process! I called Sunrise Door on 12/26/13 because the Photo Eyes on my second garage door were not working right. Sunrise had recently replaced the Photo Eyes on my other garage door. I asked if they would come and replace the non-working photo eyes and adjust the chain. On 12/31/13 Their serviceman showed up on time and professionally installed 2 new Photo Eyes and re-adjusted the garage door drive chain. I am especially impressed because they did not try and 'up-sell' me. In other words, try to sell me something I didn't need. I am also impressed because when I received my bill for their service call, I was given a $40 discount for the service call. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Sunrise Door. The owner and staff are very friendly. They actually remember me, when I call occasionally for service. That alone is remarkable and noteworthy. Services Rendered: Replaced 2 photo eyes and adjusted chain.
