Zach has performed excellent repair and maintenance service on our garage door in recent years. Last week our 30-year old garage door opener lost all of its remote codes so we decided to have Zach replace the garage door opener system with a new state-of/the-art model. So glad we did! Zach said it would take about 1.5 hours to replace and that is exactly what it took. He was able to schedule us within a few days. Zach is very knowledgeable, capable and honest. We continue to call upon him for service and highly recommend him!

I reached out for the first time for emergency service on the door. The spring system was installed years ago poorly and it had become detached from the wall. He got back to me so fast, got to my house quickly and had everything repaired and installed correctly in less than 30 minutes. Fairly priced and excellent work. At some point I'll replace the whole door and there's no one else I'll go to. Highly recommend
Zach got right back to me on a weekend and we set up a service call. He did some trouble shooting and maintenance on the door and opener so I'm good to go for now. I will be calling Zach again for any future needs including my opener that will likely need replacing in a few years.

Zach's garage door service installed a remote keypad for me a few years ago. When I had an item fall & break my automatic door sensor (which made it impossible to automatically close), he was able to come out the next morning to fix it. Zach is based in Lockport, so I was thrilled to have him drive out so quickly to provide service in Orchard Park. He repaired the broken sensor, inspected, refreshed & oiled the parts/wiring on both sensors, and gave my garage door the "once over" to let me know it is otherwise in good shape. Zach does charge a service fee for showing up, but it is definitely worth it, especially to have a qualified, reliable, kind, polite & professional service provider who really delivers & does what he says he'll do. https://zachsdoors.business.site/
