Google1They did a very poor job on our garage door seal. One could see light shining in multiple locations. We asked them to come back and do the job right. They charged an additional amount and did not fix the problems with the seal job. When it rains, water pours in under the garage doors. We have called and texted Rusty multiple times and he doesn't have the courtesy or integrity to call back. Stay clear of this business.

Google5Rusty and team responded to our service call same-day (actually within an hour!), diagnosed various issues, provided fair quote with options, and then completed the approved work the next day all with good attitudes and personable conversation! Can't recommend them highly enough, will use again without hesitation! Now if only other trades and contractors were this prompt and enjoyable!!!

Google5Best service we have experienced from any specialty we have had to deal with for our home (there have been many). Rusty came to assess our garage needs and provide a bid the same day I called him. He is knowledgeable and forthright. Then he arrived with parts and ready to finish the job much sooner than I anticipated. He and his crew member spent the day here improving 3 of our garage doors, making sure we now have quality parts and went above our expectations. His professionalism exudes pride in his company with the goal of making the customer happy. I'd recommend him/them to anyone!

Google5Called Rusty on a Friday when my garage door motor went out and he met me after work to secure my door for the weekend until he could replace the motor on Monday. Very prompt, reliable and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend them!

Google5I highly recommend Rusty!! We had an issue with one garage door and I called him and he was out that morning and fixed the issue! Then our other garage door completely broke, another call to Rusty in the morning and he came all the way out to Dillon that afternoon. Gave my husband and I options for repair and replacement. He is a pleasure to work with and will use him always for any needs!!

Google5I was very impressed with Rusty. He arrived when he said he would, was very personable and professional and worked quickly and efficiently. He helped us avoid a very dangerous situation with a failing garage door. I appreciate the quality of the products he installs and his attention to customer service and satisfaction. If you need repair or a new install, I highly recommend Advanced Door Service. Advanced did both for us....great job Rusty!
