Google5Jay and Josh came to fix our garage door as we couldn't get it to open. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. After visiting with them about the situation, we decided to get a new insulated door. We look forward to seeing them again when they install the new door. We're glad we chose them to fix our door. Google5It was as cold as polar bear stools yesterday when I called Alpha. The response was surprisingly fast. Josh arrived within an hour and was able to correct the problem. It kept this 76 year old body off a ladder! Thank you

Google5I would have given them 10 out of 5 stars as they were absolutely amazing!! Matt, Jay and Josh were phenomenal best customer service I have ever experienced plus they came the same day and were so fast and knowledgeable just the sweetest people I have ever met!! If you need any service that they offer I promise you will be the happiest ever with them, we had a bad situation happen right before Christmas and they took away all my stress where I could actually breathe, please give them a call I promise you will not be disappointed!! Thank you so so much Matt, Jay and Josh you guys saved our Christmas and all my stress!

Google5Jay & Josh in Butte came to introduce themselves on Wednesday, I showed them a repair and had them bid a door for me. They said they could do the repair on Friday at 8:30. They were here at 8:25 and had my door resealed by 9:30. Great service, prompt and Josh and Jay are the best. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door services.

Google5Day 2 of great service, form Jay and Josh from Alpha overhead door. They came when they said they would, after explaining what they needed to do they got to work. The insulation of the garage operator took about a hour or so. They installed and remover the the old operator. Jay and Josh went over the operation manual with me and, answered all question I had. They did a great job for calling the day before, and getting my door operating once again. Thank you.
