The wall unit to my garage door stopped working. They showed up to fix the unit, but claimed they didn't have the parts -plausible- and would try to find them and call back. They never called back. When I called them after about 2 weeks, they claimed because I could still open the door with the remote openers, nothing was wrong with my garage door and refused to address the broken unit and just kept the service fee without ever doing any work.
These guys are lazy at best and crooks at worst. Use anyone else.
