The wall unit to my garage door stopped working. They showed up to fix the unit, but claimed they didn't have the parts -plausible- and would try to find them and call back. They never called back. When I called them after about 2 weeks, they claimed because I could still open the door with the remote openers, nothing was wrong with my garage door and refused to address the broken unit and just kept the service fee without ever doing any work. These guys are lazy at best and crooks at worst. Use anyone else.

Amazing service! I called in desperation after hours. Not only did a friendly woman answer, but she moved other people so they could come the very NEXT morning early and fix my garage door at my rental that had its cable snap and my tenant's car was trapped inside the garage. My gratitude can not be overstated. Please call and use this company! Amazing people. And very reasonable price I paid. The repairman even offered me a coupon, which was just unbelievable. So rare to find these days. God bless you!
