Google5All Cape Door Systems did a fantastic job on the installation of 2 new door openers today. From the first phone call I knew I had the right company to do the job. They actually answered the phone...on the first call! They gave me a price over the phone. Once I accepted the estimate they gave me a installation date. It was only 1 week out, not weeks or months. The tech (Jon ) was on-time and finished the work ahead of schedule. He knew what he was doing. He even setup the app on my phone and synched the car remotes to both garage doors.I couldn't be more satisfied. You guys are my first call for anything related to garage doors. Thanks All-Cape!

Google5Had three quotes and was willing to pay a little more to go with this business. Ended up paying less as the manufacturer had a sale. I was not disappointed! The whole team from sales (Eric) to install (Derek) was professional and 100% hit every mark. Great communication, on time, great product. Don't hesitate to do business with this company!

Eric (my representative) was very knowledgeable about the products and he went above and beyond to ensure that my garage door installation would go smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone installing new garage doors or replacing old ones. Great company!!!

Google5I had two circa 1985 garage door motors replaced with new belt drive motors and extension springs. All cape Door Systems came on time and the installer, Derek, was friendly and did a very professional job. The whole process from setting up the appointment, to paying the bill, was modern and professional. Would highly recommend.

Google5Excellent customer service when trying to make up my mind (and as I changed my mind). Good advice and provided balanced pros and cons of each type of door. Eric didn't steer me to the most expensive door, but helped me choose the most appropriate one. He was very patient during the process, providing photographs of mock-ups so I could see what they would look like such that attractive and highly functional doors were chosen. The doors are quiet and changed the whole look of the house for the better.

Google2All Cape seemed to do a good job installing a new motor for my garage door, but their communications have been very poor. They gave me 2-hour window when they would come, but came an hour later. They never called first as promised and when I called the office they could not tell me how late the technician would be,. I was also overcharged without an explanation and I was twice told by the office that someone would call me to address the issue but no one has.

BBB1Called Door Systems Worcester (formerly ****** Overhead Door) on 4/26/22 to repair a damaged garage door originally installed by the company. I was informed that since a panel of the door had to be replaced, a salesperson would have to look at the door and provide an estimate. The salesperson was 30 minutes late for the appointment on 4/28/22, looked at the door and immediately informed me they could not repair the door since they were not an authorized distributor for the manufacturer (******) and could not get parts.From Door Systems Worcester website: We also supply other major garage door brands as ***********************, Clopay Door, Amarr and ****** Overhead Doors. No matter the garage door brand you have, we can give you an after-sale service to replace a damage section or any part of hardware.Door Systems Worcester is not listed as an authorized distributor on the ****** Company website. They did not ask which brand of door I had (or check their own records from the original installation) and did not inform me they could not repair certain brands. It made no sense for them to make a sales appointment for this repair. Potential customers need to be aware of this business practice. At best, it is an extraordinary level of administrative ineptitude. At worst, it is an attempt to convert what should be a routine repair into a new door sale.
