I got an estimate right away and Mark who did it was polite. The installer was wonderful. I am very pleased with the quality of the doors as well as the installation and operation. Services Rendered: Two new garage doors.

The tech arrived and installed/adjusted the eye brackets to make them stick out further. Bracket cost: $5.20... Labor cost for this visit: $143 To add insult to injury, they charged me 33 cents for tax on the bracket! I called to discuss my surprise at the amount charged and it fell on deaf, unsympathetic ears (2 different individuals). I informed them of my intention to provide a bad review on Angie's List but they did not seem to care. I am going to have my garage door replaced and, at this point but I will shop around for someone else. Services Rendered: The tech spent 30 minutes figuring out the problem and 10 minutes of hands on for the installation of a $5.20 bracket. (Itemized on bill).

My expereince was fine. The technician talked with me about what might work for my garage door which was nice. He was the most prompt out of all the people I talked to and gave me a detailed quote. They were neat and tidy. They did not take long to complete the job. Services Rendered: They put in a new garage door and an automatic garage door opener.
