Not well. I called them they called me back not when I asked them to. They would leave a message and then when I called them back I could not get intouch with them. Even with intervention by Angie's List I never was able to schedule an appointment and I never got my money ($100) back. Very frustrating. Updated 7/5/2023 Not well!! I have been trying for over a year and a half to get the owner to call me but we have yet to make contact. I have left several messages he has tried to call (I'll give him that but never follows through when I return his call. Playing alot of phone tag but with poor communication in between. Services Rendered: They were suppose to inspect and fine tune our garage door (s).

It went very well. I was willing to wait for this company given my prior experience. They were very busy and could not provide the repair service when initially requested. That was not a problem for me. I wanted these repairs to be done by Premier! They are excellent and the service was terrific! They are best value! Services Rendered: Replaced two broken garage door openers.

Mr. Longo did an excellent job. I had originally contracted just to have a garage door tune-up but I was so impressed with his efficient work that I also asked him to replace the garage-door electric motors as well. I recommend him highly. Services Rendered: Replacement of garage door rollers, electric engine replacement

Very well! Services Rendered: The rollers were worn out on my garage doors and servicing and other repairs were needed. In addition, Mr. Longo also replaced the electric motor and provided an extra remote.

Great....whole job took a little over an hour, I learned about all the parts and how to maintain them. Services Rendered: I have an old garage door opener but the motor is working fine. I needed new pulleys, cables and rollers.

Very well. Wheels and cables were replaced. Moving parts were lubricated and condition of springs and other parts were assessed. I was instructed how to take care of the door and moving parts. All cracking noises and groans are gone. Good job. Services Rendered: Garage door tune-up.
