Angi5Excellent. The door was repair to perfection and the garage door installed. Ken was informative, and very professional. The garage door now works better than ever and the price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend him. Services Rendered: I needed a large heavy and older double garage door repair. Also needed a garage door opening installation.

Angi5We made an appointment to show up between 8:00 and 8:30. As our clock chimed 8:00 he knocked on our door. He verified that the Genie opener was not the problem then replaced both springs and the associated pulleys, oiled the worm drive mechanism and the door rollers and even replaced a burned out light with one I supplied. The work was done quickly. The door works more smoothly than it has in years. Services Rendered: Replaced springs and pulleys on a balky door that would no longer work properly with the Genie door opener.

Angi5The whole experience went smoothly and quickly. I noticed that the garage door was pulling away from the wall on one side and was concered that the cable might snap. I looked on Angie's List and saw that a nearby person, Ken Rosier, had one glowing review, so I decided to give him a call. He answered the same day and made an appointment to come the next morning, which he did, right on time. He explained clearly his assessment of the situation and told me how he proposed to fix it, which he did right away. In so doing he had to remove the trim on one side, which he went up to the hardware store to get a replacement piece. He did not recommend an expensive overhaul of the whole system (which he might have done) but addressed everything in the simplest, most effective and least expensive manner. He was also personable and pleasant. The work was completed in less than two hours. Services Rendered: Evaluation of the garage door. Straightened it out where the cable had been pulling away on one side and secured it again. Oiled all the pulleys, installed a safety cable, and adjusted closing speed. Replaced wood trim on one side.

Angi5Overall, the service was extremely prompt. The work was excellent. The price was very, very reasonable. Services Rendered: Ken Rosier, who is the sole proprietor, is the nicest person on earth. He has been working on our very large garage door for about 15 years. He is the BEST. He used to fix our ancient door and about 10 years ago installed out new door. This morning I couldn't get my car out because the giant spring broke. We called Ken and 40 minutes later he was here and fixed it. That is typical Ken. He comes in the door and says "Hi. Long time no see. I trust all is well with you. How are the boys?" That is the kind of guy he is. I always want to ask him to stay for dinner. He knows electric doors like nobody else. He got right to work, knew just what to do, and in no time got us back in business. His prices are ridiculously reasonable. His work is always excellent. If you need to fix a garage door, you have to call Ken.
