I sent him a photo and instead of coming to my house and charging me, he spent the time talking me thru the fix on the phone, since it was just a simple matter of finding a pin that had fallen and inserting it. He could have easily not done this and made money - so this kind of integrity and responsiveness is nearly impossible to find nowadays. Call him and trust him. My garage door opener broke over the weekend. We called him Monday morning, and he came by later that day to assess the situation, He returned the next day and installed the new opener. He also oiled the hinges on the garage door and removed the old opener. I wanted a keypad for entry, which we hadn't discussed. He found one on his truck that wasn't intended for the opener he'd installed, but worked fine. I was happy with the keypad, but two days later he returned and replaced it with one designed for the opener, because he thought it would be easier to use. He didn't need to do that, and I thought it was a great example of excellent customer service. I plan to replace the garage door this summer, and I will be calling him when it's time for that job.
