Wonderful company to work with! Jeremy is a knowable and pleasant person to work with. He gave me an estimate and they stuck with it. The installers were efficient and also very pleasant and considerate. They neglected to bring an important part and were very apologetic, but as soon as the blizzards and the dangerously freezing temperatures were over they were right here to finish the job. I certainly recommend this company.

These guys provided next morning service and replaced my garage door sensors and keypad. The also sold me a replacement clicker for one of my garage doors. The service was timely, professional and exactly what I needed. Adams Door has my recommendation.

We just had a wood cedar garage door installed today. I took them about 2 hrs. Also when ordering the grage door the sales person was easy to talk to and and it was a easy process. 4 weeks later I get a call that the grage door was not stained It was post to be stained. So I called Jim and he got to the bottom of it and found out what happen. It wasn't adams garage doors fault it was the third company that built them messed up. So I had to wait another 4 weeks. A little frustrated but how Jim handled it and how fast the grage door came back I was impressed. This place is all about customer service and making there customer come first. So I highly recommend this place if you are going to get a garage door.

I have these guys in mind even talking to friends and family. They are so professional and Tyler is the best of all. He is so helpful and understanding. I was having situation with my personal garage door and he had to jump thru a couple hoops but got it done with no complaints. So it was second nature to hire them to fix doors at my property. And Tyler shows up there as well and from now on I ask for him because he makes it all come together and is very hard working. These guys are perfect for your next job.

they are very understandable and take very good care of their Customers and employees! every body makes mistakes but when that does happen they try their hardest to make it right under the circumstances. They do amazing work and would recommend to anyone!

A previous reviewer stated "Rude and owner twists people's words." We patiently waited 16.5 weeks for a door that was promised to us in 8-10, that was promised to us would be "totally void of any texture," that was ordered in matte black, and that we made clear we absolutely needed to get through winter, as we will be fabricating cabinetry and cutting tile, etc, in the garage all winter- the door we have is old, uninsulated and literally falling off of the hinges. Without a new, insulated and properly sealing door, we cannot insulate or heat the garage. We made this abundantly clear, even called to verify the R value rating again two weeks ago before buying insulation. The photo in the text thread below, which the salesman verified multiple times was without texture, is exactly the door we ordered. Today the installers arrived with exactly what we specifically said we did not want- a fully textured door in gloss black. They also arrived without the right sized, low clearance rails needed. Owner refused to take any responsibility, in spite of knowing we have the original text thread with the salesman. The salesman even took credit for the mistake over the phone, but the owner literally failed to even apologize. He refused to install the door to get us through winter while we work something out. He did not offer any concession whatsoever. Just ordered his installers to pack up and leave. So all of the product we've ordered for our renovations, and all of the renovation plans we had for the entire 4 months of cold weather are now on ice...literally...and Jim the owner refused to make it right or to express even the smallest bit of remorse. When I reminded him of how severely this would be affecting us his response was "you have a door that opens and closes." Installers were nice kids- we even helped them pack up the door panels before they left. Accidents happen, and if there had been even the slightest bit of grace in accepting responsibility we wouldn't be posting this. But between the owner and the salesman, we'll never use or recommend them again. Our winter plans are shot and they don't even pretend to care. We've had to hire a lawyer to get our deposit back...on a door that he refused to install. Services Rendered: Replace Garage Door

We are project managers with Options Exteriors and our paths crossed with Jeremy. He was able to help us get our garage door on our own home replaced from the derecho damage. He was professional, on time, did great follow up, and we had our door within the time he quoted it would be here. The installation guys were professional and on time and made sure everything worked as it should. The door is great quality and extremely quiet. We'll be referring our clients, who need their garage doors replaced, to him. Now to get the siding and trim completed and it'll be like a new garage. Thanks Adams doors for the great experience.

Adams last replaced a torsion spring for us in February 2015. It broke this morning. Called at 9:45 a.m. They were there two hours later and done by 12:15 p.m. with a new, stronger torsion spring. I called and talked with Jim and set an appointment to have them come over and replace the torsion springs on our garage door. I asked how much it would cost me, he said from 260-275.00 but no more than that. Well, they sent Taylor to measure the springs who told my fiance that he did not know how to use a measuring tape, so they could not fix it on the appointment date given that they could not get the right torsion springs to install to be brought over. They clamped it and said they will be back next day first thing in the morning to complete the work. Well, they did not show up until Monday given that there is an ego maniac at the office who stated that she was the one who schedules their work. On Monday, they finally showed up and fixed the door and tried to bill us $375.00 for something that was already contracted for 275.00 Max. I talk to the lady who had ego problems and she said she will have to talk with Jim. I told her, I will send my payment for what it was contracted and did so. Fishy people! They had not idea they were dealing with a Civil Engineer who owned a garage door repair company for over 25 years. Services Rendered: Needed to replace torsion springs on garage

Timely, same day service before a snow storm to help fix the weather seals on the garage door to keep out the wind and snow. Determined a simple fix with screws was needed, applied fix and a bit of grease to the door for us. Very personable and did not try to upscale any item. I've used Adams Door in the past for service work and have always been pleased, so I called them when I needed a new door and opener. Once I received my initial estimate, It took a couple weeks of back and forth to get the door options finalized and to receive updated pricing. On a couple occasions, I had to follow-up several times to get answers to questions. On the day of install, the technicians arrived on time (exactly) and within 2 hours had demoed the old door, installed and adjusted the new door and opener, cleaned up all debris, and coached me on door operation and maintenance. I'm very happy with the door and install. Services Rendered: Removed and demoed old garage door and opener. Installed new door and opener.
