Got my windows done by window world, and was not pleased with the results. I called and someone came to look at the caulking that was done and agreed that the job was not satisfactory, and they would send someone to correct them. Someone came out and told me that there wasnt anything to be done and the windows were like that because the house was older. No one informed me that before installing the windows or when they came out and did an estimate. I have called multiple times and have told someone would contact me regarding this and have not heard from anyone. It has been almost a year and i have had to pay full price for the windows with no follow up.
