Had the spring on the shop door explode Friday night, emailed on Saturday with details. Monday Allen showed up and got the door back in working order in no time flat, very impressed. Super serivce and professional all the way around, would highly recommend them for any garage door needs.
Great service from start to finish. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Called on a Friday and got a Monday morning appointment. It was not an emergency. These company is awesome. The Gold Standard for Service AND Pricing. I just moved up here and when I called a real person answered, then answered my questions and scheduled my appointment to replace two springs on a large 2 Door Garage. Tech called me 30 min prior to arrival and he was early. Completed the job greased all parts on Garage door and was completed in 45 min. Everyone was so nice and PROFESSIONAL. Thanks to all involved.
Our garage door was unable to close after some damage, and Mid-Michigan was able to come out the same day to get it back on track and temporarily fixed until we could order a new one. The process of buying and installing the new door went very smoothly and was finished much more quickly than I expected. Both the repair/installation crew and salesperson were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend their services if you have any garage door issues or needs.

12/15/23: We have two doors, one stopped working last year, the other finally gave out recently, right in the winter. I got an over the phone quote, Tony and Allen were sent out to complete the job a few days later. If you want quality equipment and work, this is the company I recommend. Very polite, friendly and professional. I'm extremely happy with our two new door openers, the work was fast and the demonstration was great. Excellent company service, products, and installation. Love the new quiet smooth modern controller setup with original garage door. Replaced all seals, bottom retainer seal, one rail and fixed other rail. The installer attention to detail and expertise is impressive. So nice thank you all.
I had an ancient, decrepit door that needed replacing this summeer. Chip and Katy came out quickly and provided a competitive offer which I accepted. All my questions were answered promptly. The guys did a nice job on the install while I was on vacation and I meant to write a review then. Four months later the car clipped the vertical rail and I patched it up for a couple weeks, but was not properly aligned. I called and was provided same day service. Tony and Alan came out exactly on time and provided a heads up phone call. It turned out that they also did the new install. Thankfully, the door is back to operating smoothly. I strongly recommend this company for garage doors and service!
I called Mid-Michigan Garage Door I think mid-week and they were there the following Tuesday! The guys who showed up prompt and polite. They worked swiftly. Katy has great communication and let me know my openers were coming and they came back to install those. Everything was great! So happy I chose them.
Excellent service! Prompt, knowledgeable and priced fairly! My electric garage door needed repair because it had lost a section of reinforcement - he had it repaired in less than 30 min. I sent photos over with a video which helped diagnose what the problem was. I really appreciate that I did not have to wait days or weeks!
Had a lift cable break and was expecting this to be a major repair. Young technician arrived on time and got busy immediately. Big deal to me was just a regular day for this professional. Very pleased with the outcome and will likely use them again for a new door next spring.
My garage door spring broke. I called Mid-Michigan Garage Door and they came out promptly to assess the repairs. They ordered the parts and were willing to come on a Saturday for repairs. I actually had them come on a later date. They were delayed about an hour in arriving, but kept the same date for the fix. Upon arriving, they did a quick, thorough, quality job on the repair. They were easy to work with, returned my calls and even talked me through some tech. issues when making my payment. I would strongly recommend them.

I had a very very old garage door system in a 53 year old house and the door was very heavy and wooden, but was very dangerous because the last time I used it the door almost slammed to the ground when it closed. I called Mid Michigan Garage door and was so grateful that they could come out the next day to fix it. I had been parking on my driveway but had noticed that chipmunks and squirrels had been running around underneath it. They put an entirely new spring system in to redesign the system, and got rid of the old pulley system that had been used. Their quality of work was outstanding and the price was more than fair. I would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone!
