The end result was excellent, and the price was reasonable. It took them three or four weeks to receive the doors from the manufacturer, once they had my deposit. Once they had the doors, they installed them promptly. I'm completely satisfied with the work. They forgot to remove one of the old doors being replaced, and forgot to install two of the lift handles on the overhead doors. But they returned and remedied these things quickly when I pointed them out. Services Rendered: I replaced three doors on a pole barn: two large garage doors (without openers) and one side entrance door.

Went right to work and were finished in a very short time with doors operating very smoothly and quietly. An overall great performance. Called in the morning about a malfunctioning garage door opener. From my description the operator guessed the problem (needed new gear kit). Serviceman came in the afternoon with the correct part. After replacing the parts, he oiled and adjusted door mechanisms. This company installed the new door about six years ago, using the garage door opener from our previous garage. This has always worked fine, even though the actual opener has been in use for almost 20 years. It was about time for a new gear kit. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door opener "gear kit," oiled and adjusted garage door.

Mt. Pleasant Fence, Sash and Door replaced all my windows in my house during the winter in order to take advantage of manufacturer sales prices. The owner and staff were most personable while helping me to select the appropriate windows and color. The fact that they measured my windows twice before ordering told me how professional and exacting they were. Thoughtfully, they installed windows in a single room at a time so I could minimize heat loss. Each window was completed before they left for the day so that I would be completely comfortable overnight. Clean-up was thorough. Staff members while working were pleasant, conversational and informative. Each step of the job was planned out beforehand so that the windows, materials, and number of staff were on hand. I always knew when they were coming and they gave me some idea of the goals for the day. When the job was complete, the final bill approximated the estimate very closely. My windows are in and they look great. My heating bills this winter went down significantly. I am very pleased by the professional work and the professional demeanor of the owner and staff of Mt. Pleasant Fence, Sash and Door.
