I called them 2 times once during the week of Christmas and I was told I was placed on the list to have someone e come to replace the door in my house. No one showed up. I called them on the first week of the year and I was told the same. I called them today 1/7/2024 and the lady who answered the call told me to find someone else to replace my door. She could have told me this 3 weeks ago. Complete disregard to customers time.

I highly recommend Mt. Pleasant Fence, Sash and Door!! Our garage door spring broke late this morning! Of course, it is a holiday weekend and all our family will be up!!! I called Mt Pleasant Fence, Sash and Door and they could not have been more helpful. Within a little more than an hour they sent 2 repairmen and fixed our door!!! Thank you Joel and Brady for a great job!

I called and asked how soon they could fix my big overhead door, that I could not get my hay until it was fixed. They told me they could the next day and they were there early the next day! The service man, Ron, was fantastic and so very nice. He had the door fixed in no time and double checked both doors for me to make sure they were still ok! The staff at the office was so helpful and polite. I would recommend them for everything. Thank you so very much.

Needed springs on garage door replaced came to business looking for a part n asked if they installed which they did received springs next day called and they gave me appoint the following morning arrived at 10:15 am and was finished at 10:30 am great job thanks again will highly recommend and use again if needed thanks

I could use one word to describe this place. AWESOME!!! My garage door tension spring broke, so I called to get a quote. The price was very reasonable so I asked when they could do it. They sent a person out within the hour. He had it fixed in less than hour and did a great job. I would recommended this place to anybody.

I needed a deadbolt installed due to security concerns. They fit me into their schedule as soon as possible and completed the job in one day even though it took them multiple trips. My family and I are very appreciative!
