Spend your money elsewhere. Very rude, unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable experience. The company in Hillsborough who initially installed the torsion spring was merged with them so the call was routed to them. The tech comes with two different color and size springs. So, as a consumer, for a $500+ dollar job I asked them to be the same size and color. The tech just gets really physically angry and tries to shut the door close and bends both of my tracks and breaks the outside keypad. Upon contacting the office; they offered to fix it but with added cost of the material and removing the earlier offered discount; so at the end of the day I ended up paying for the damage. I sincerely think they should have a better attitude, customer service and integrity. I was really really disappointed with the whole experience and I strongly recommend staying away from them.

In 2023, Doorworks bought Bridgewater OH Doors. I had used them to replace my old garage doors in 2015 with 2 Clopay doors. The new doors were installed in time and very professionally. So when one of the 22 year old Craftsman motors failed (belt had teeth stripped), I called them for help. They suggested new motors from Liftmaster. I decided to replace both, though only 1 failed. As I requested motors with battery backup (conforming to CA regulations of 2021), the model agreed were the Liftmaster 87504-267. As a learning experience, Bridgewater OH Doors may not give the end customer all the included items in the box as listed in the Liftmaster website. Some of these 'included' items could be available as items having additional costs, paid to Bridgewater OH Doors. Please confirm with them all the items they will give. The Liftmaster product page lists these as included in the box for 1 motor: Motor Battery Wired control panel 2 X visor 3 button remotes # 1 X keypad # Bridgewater OH Doors did not give all the above marked with #. This is what they gave me the following as the # marked items. 1 X visor 3 button remote 0 X keypad I spoke with Liftmaster Sales Rep for the Northeast, and received confirmation that dealers are at liberty to sell products / components and items in any manner and price they choose. My thoughts are the following: Liftmaster could be mentioning this dealer freedom in the product page, so this is up front. This is quite relevant as the product page will guide you to contact their nearest dealers for purchase and installation. Dealers can mention the accessories and components are included in their sale when they finalize a customer order. Liftmaster sales rep had a conversation with Bridgewater OH Doors, and I was given an additional remote. As we do not use the keypad, we never requested it. The installation was fast and quick. They re-used the wires to the control panel and the support structures for the motors, so work is less than a brand new install. I wish the installer had left the motor serial number and the MyQ serial number with us post install, as these are required for registration with Liftmaster. These numbers are on the motors and can be read after climbing on a ladder. Cars with Homelink version 1 (prior to 2007 ??) will need a Homelink bridge (LiftMaster 855lm Homelink Repeater Kit)to work. Bridgewater OH Doors / Doorworks technician could not program the Homelink bridge. I bought my Homelink Bridge (from Amazon seller, also available in Liftmaster website). I followed the same steps and successfully programmed all my Homelinks with all my new motors.

Called for a repair for my spring and cables. Fair quote and expedited service. Dashon was the service technician who replaced the spring and repaired the cables. He was courteous, fast, detailed and efficient. Explained how to maintain the cables, door, and springs moving forward and what the motor and belt life expectancy should be. Very honest young man. I would use this company again and would recommend them to friends/family.

I needed an overhaul of my cables, pulleys, motors, and door gaskets. The estimates I received varied widely. I chose Bridgewater and I am so glad. It was easy to get an appointment that worked for me. The technicians were professional and quick. So far, so good!! I'd definitely use them again.

We called for an appointment anticipating a costly repair when our automatic garage door would sometimes but not always refuse to close. They were very prompt, efficient in diagnosing the problem and realigning the sensors. I would definitely use the again when we need to replace our door opener.

Excellent service and installation! Not only did they cover everything on the invoice for replacing our old door, they went above and beyond to complete a small fix to one of the sensors for our second garage door. Not to mention they gave the BEST price on the job. Everyone from the front office to estimator, to the installers were nice and professional. The installers did a great job, they left behind no mess and made sure everything worked better than when they arrived! I'm definitely going to use Bridgewater Overhead Doors for any future jobs I may need. I recommend you do as well!

Called for estimate and scheduled visit w/i 2 days. Adam arrived per appointment time and provided detail estimates and suggestions. Adam was previously and technician installing doors, so he was very knowledgeable of details. He pointed out the odd size of the doors would require dropping a header and customizing the size of one of the panels to provide proper perspective for the arch windows we wanted. Each of the contractors I obtained estimates from were highly rated on Angies List and other online ratings I researched. However, Adam was the only contractor that was able to provide this input detail and was the key reason I chose Bridgewater Overhead Doors. The install date was about 6 weeks later and they arrived at provided time. They did the install, removed all old doors etc. and cleaned up the garage. Bridgewater was the original installer of our double car Colplay door and motor. After over 17 years of service, the spring popped and the track system jammed. We go in/out mainly by that door so it gets way too much use for a garage door. Phil, At BOD answered our call and came for a estimate same day. Price was very reasonable. Tech, Olek arrived the next day with all the parts. He installed and tested under 2 hours. Works great and is now very quiet too. Fast service - reasonable price- very friendly

Our original garage doors of 40 years were rotting out and one of the garage openers went dead. After talking with other garage door companies in the area I went with Bridgewater Overhead Doors based on them being a Clopay master authorized dealer and having the ability to get upgraded hardware. The prices were very competitive and Nick went over all the details on the types of doors that would fit well with the adjacent shed and house windows. A few hiccups but in the end it was a great experience and happy to finally be able to use the full garage.The LED LiftMaster garage door openers were definitely worth the splurge.

We used Bridgewater Overhead to install new garage doors and openers. We looked at a few other companies in the area but ultimately chose them based on good reviews and the price. Our experience with the consultation and setting up the appointment went well. The installation was going well, except at the end we were left with doors that did not work properly. Our biggest issue came when we tried to resolve the problem. Getting in touch with Phil was very difficult. He took several days to respond to email, texts and phone calls, and when he finally did get back to us he was not very helpful. In the end we were left to resolve it on our end and we did not feel that we were really taken care of as customers. So while they had the best price, their customer service and follow through were very lacking and disappointing. Because of that I wouldn’t recommend them. When you are making a big investment like that you expect to be satisfied and in the end we were not. Services Rendered: Replaced garage doors and openers.

All I can say is there are many door places. CHOOSE ANOTHER! I walked in one day and scheduled an appointment with the owner Phil. We agreed upon work and price that needed to be done. Honestly, just meeting this guy should have turned me away. So anyway, we scheduled a day on his huge unorganized dry erase board behind the desk. I had my pick for the time and day I needed. First one on the board for the day. Told him it had to be in the AM as I work afternoons. All settled right? I wish! I got a call less than 24 hrs before the appointment that it was gonna be the afternoon because the couldn't fit me in any other time. Wait, I was first on the board! Told them I could not do it. Was told that Phil would call me back. NO CALL. The next day they show up in the afternoon just as I was leaving. Sent them away. 3 days go by and Phil calls me telling me I lost him money by not being available. WHAT! I kindly told him we are not on the same page and he got a little angry. First and last time Philly Boy.

The technician, Scot, was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out the problem and made the necessary fix. Then suggested if problem re-occurs replace the unit. Overall a logical conclusion. Went very well. They promised to install doors within one week, which is primary reason I went with them. They did install the doors on the day they promised. Only problem was that they told me to be there in the morning, but installers did not show up until 1pm. But in any case job was completed the same day and was done professionally. Called this place to come and replace a coil on my garage door. Guy who picked up initially said he could schedule it in for next week. But was nice enough to squeeze in this quick repair offering an early appt. today. Considering he was dealing with some injuries and still came and replaced it says a lot about the man. He was quick, and even helped me with my opener which wasn't working so well. Much appreciated...I highly recommend that : 1) they promote this guy, and 2) that if u need some garage door repair, call this place.
