My garage door cable snapped on a Sunday afternoon. Having never experienced this, I turned to Yelp and posted a request for quotes with pictures. To my surprise, Claudio Overhead Door LLC responded promptly, included a fair estimate and two appointment options. After speaking with two other reputable companies, I chose to go with Claudio because his customer service far surpassed the other two companies over the phone. Marc was friendly, came earlier than scheduled, explained the cause, recommended solutions in detail and even helped me program my car to the garage. When I thought it couldn't get any better,his rates beat the competition. I won't be going to anyone else for future garage door services and I suggest you do the same!
