Was able to get an appointment right away. Tech called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled appointment time. 2 techs showed up and got right to it. Performed the preventative maintenance and found the problem with the inoperative door right away - and fixed it! Those guys were good. Services Rendered: preventative maintenance on 4 doors and fix 1 inoperative door

The guys at Bankco Door were amazing. I initially called because I thought my garage door was beyond repair and would need to be replaced. I had gotten previous quotes as high as $1100. Bankco came out and talked about replacing it, but spent more time focusing on how they could fix it saving me time and money. The came out the day after I contacted them and had the work completed 2 days later. When I called them because I noticed something else wrong that I had previously overlooked, they came out right away and fixed it immediately. As a single mom, I’m used to people trying to take advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and their quick response. 1000% would recommend them!! Services Rendered: Garage door repair

Bankco installed a new garage door and Liftmaster Opener at our home 12/15. The opener started to malfunction, while still under its 5 year warranty, in July of 2018. An initial service call was performed where the technician claimed to have reset the unit’s microchip but, in fact, did not. The unit continued to malfunction. After 4 attempts to schedule a 2nd service, a technician showed up unannounced and left with the unit now malfunctioning every time an attempt to close the door was made. (Previously, the opener had malfunctioned only intermittently). The technician had obviously made no attempt to verify that the opener was working properly following his “repair”. Bankco was then requested to undo this “repair”, but declined to do so. Upon subsequent contact, Bankco denied any further responsibility, and refused to perform any further service on a problem which they had not only failed to fix but in fact had greatly exacerbated. Another contractor was engaged and fixed both Bankco’s “repair”, and the original problem, in 10 minutes. Do not deal with Bankco if you expect any quality of service following installation. Our experience was that they are both unresponsive to their customers and incompetent in the business they claim to be in. Services Rendered: GARAGE DOOR OPENER REPAIR

Ryan diagnosed the problem and offered solutions for our garage door opener. Since it was over 12 years old we had him replace it with a new one that he supplied. He was friendly, professional and informative. In less than 2 hours we had a new opener installed and the work area cleaned up. This was as smooth an operation as you could ask for. I highly recommend this family owned business. Services Rendered: Replace garage door opener.

No good. lots of lip service but no follow through over 6 months or more. Services Rendered: Disregarded my calls. Kept saying they would show up and they wouldn't asked for pricing on doors prior to buying current doors. They never gave me a price or estimate. Never actually attempted the garage/shop door installation.

No hassle installation of garage door opener. They showed up when they said they would and efficiently and professionally installed the opener as requested. Bankco showed up on the same day that I called, within one hour. The technician was friendly and thorough. He cleaned up after himself, took the old springs with him, and lubricated the door before leaving. After having the door repaired, I drove to their new retail location to pay for the repair (they couldn't easily run the card in the field). Their new showroom is outstanding! Clean, well-laid out, nicely designed. Well done! I would highly recommend Bankco Garage Doors to anyone who needs a repair or a replacement door. Services Rendered: Replaced both lift springs on a 2-car garage door.
