This job has been a nightmare from the start. The company was responsive to give me the estimate and sign the contracts but after that it’s been slow. They would finish part of a job and come back 2-3 weeks later. Or would set up appointments and then not show or call leaving you waiting, the owner was very rude when complaints were made and in no sutle way stated I was lying about the job and the cause of them not finishing the work. I made on appointment that was supposed to finish the job and waited and waited by the door. Heard the workers there but not once did the knock on the door to do the inside work. When I called the owner stated that I refused to allow them access to finish the job. Services Rendered: New roof, siding, 3 windows replaced

Great! He came the next day. I wasn't sure if I would need new wiring/electrical work for a new opener, so they came and checked it out. Then came back the next day and did the job. I was quoted $125 plus extra if any extra work or wiring had to be done. They did have to run new wires for the sensors, which my old opener did not have, but they didn't charge for that. Plus they took away the old opener. Services Rendered: Installed a new garage door opener

I'm pleased to be giving them an excellent review. The whole process from obtaining an initial quote to project completion went smoothly. Services Rendered: Over the last several years I've had Dillman Brothers install a new garage door and opener, put vinyl siding on the house, replace two old leaky windows with a beautiful bay window, and had them roof both our house and my Dad's. They were extremely competitive pricewise and my dealings with them have always been professional and pleasant. Their workmen were always here when they said they were going to be here and cleaned up any construction debris. I had Larry Dillman come out to review the siding job because there were a couple of small issues, but they were resolved promptly. No cost estimate overruns either!

Work was performed well and to my satisfaction. The job took a bit longer than anticipated, but that was due primarily to inclement weather interfering. Quite a bit of custom trimwork had to be done, due to the age of the house. Services Rendered: Remove existing aluminum single-pane windows and replace all with double-pane vinyl replacement windows. Remove 1960s-era aluminum siding; insulate and wrap, and install new vinyl siding, fascia, soffets, trim. Install new gutters. Installation of two new entry doors and a screen door.
