We were still new to the area, and our garage doors kept uncoiling . I called around and got an Aladdin company to finally answer. They told me they were busy that day, but would arrive the next morning between 9-11. I was there all morning, no answer. Called, no answer. Text, no answer.
Looked up other companies, and Rex popped up. I gave him a call, he answered immediately, said he would arrive in a few hours. A few hours passed and there he was with a smile. Super professional, great communication via phone or text.
He assessed my situation, determined that there was a misalignment causing the issues and fixed it. He showed me how some posts were incorrect and why the issue occurred. 40 mins in, and he was done. I'm so glad I called him. His business card magnets are on my fridge and, odd to say, but I can't wait til one of my friends, or my garage fails again. Great worker in a town of disappearing acts.
