Rex is professional, friendly and so easy to work with when replacing my garage door. Highly recommend him, I ordered my door on Friday and it was installed the following Wednesday. Attention to detail, cleaned up his work space and made sure I was satisfied.

So grateful for Rex! He was the only local garage door repair person to answer our call on a Sunday. We were sure we needed a new garage door but he was able to come right away and fix the damage and even took care of other maintenance related items we didn't realize needed attention. Rex is a lifesaver! We called when our garage door wouldn't open one night, and we really needed some things inside for the next day. We were still new to the area, and our garage doors kept uncoiling . I called around and got an Aladdin company to finally answer. They told me they were busy that day, but would arrive the next morning between 9-11. I was there all morning, no answer. Called, no answer. Text, no answer. Looked up other companies, and Rex popped up. I gave him a call, he answered immediately, said he would arrive in a few hours. A few hours passed and there he was with a smile. Super professional, great communication via phone or text. He assessed my situation, determined that there was a misalignment causing the issues and fixed it. He showed me how some posts were incorrect and why the issue occurred. 40 mins in, and he was done. I'm so glad I called him. His business card magnets are on my fridge and, odd to say, but I can't wait til one of my friends, or my garage fails again. Great worker in a town of disappearing acts.

I had a broken spring and frayed cable on my garage door on the weekend, so I called Garage One around 10:00 on Monday morning. Rex was at my house by 11:00 to assess the garage door. He estimated $150 for parts and labor. He went to get the parts and was back by 12:00 and finished before 1:00 for $145. He seemed knowledgeable and was a likable guy ... I would definitely use him again if I have other garage door problems.
I called Garage One at 8 in the morning. Rex was at my house by 10am already diagnosing the problem and taking measurements. He quoted me a very fair price, especially compared to other local garage repair places, and finished the job in less than an hour! Highly recommend garage one for your garage installs or repairs!
Rex was fast to respond when I called him after my garage spring broke. He was out taking measurements within about an hour and promptly ordered the parts necessary for the job. I backed into the garage door early one morning....called another company, and they couldn't come for several days. Just took a chance with Garage On Enterprises and he was here the same day and had it up and running in 15 minutes. Services Rendered: Even though Rex had several calls ahead of us, he still got here the same day and helped us out with a stuck garage door. Fixed it and was on his way before the end of the day!!
