Google5Refreshing to find people are still customer oriented. From first phone call to John to installation, they were very friendly, professional, and on time. Job was assessed priced and completed all in about an hour. Garage issues, call them. There is no one else. Frank G

Google5John installed our door openers 2.5 years ago. Needed some minor adjustments and was able to install garage camera. Very reasonable and so polite. I would recommend this company. They were referred by word of mouth and I am passing it along

Google5I highly recommend Docdoor if you need service or repair to your garage door. John not only fixed the issues I had but proactively addressed future problems. On time and at an extremely budget friendly price.

Google5Mr. Guido is very knowledgeable and professional. He responded to my request within an hour and quickly fixed the garage door that was not able to open for a long time. Then, he helped me install the new garage opening system so now I can voice control my garage door. I highly recommend him.

Google5John did a great job. He arrived on time. Patiently explained what he was going to do and why. John answered all my questions and showed me how to operate my garage door opener. He was very personable. I would highly recommend him for this service. Knowledgeable and efficient. I am very satisfied.

Google5Had a failure on my garage door a day before a significant medical procedure. John was able to quote and make the repair same-day so I could avoid dealing with it during recovery. Excellent job, courteous, and priced as quoted. Highly recommended!!!

Yelp5Left message, called back within couple hours. They canceled first appointment but did call & scheduled one in two days. Stuck garage door completely next day & they came out same day (!). Broken spring in door was replaced & rest of garage opener problems went away. Estimate was quoted prior to work & lived up to. All parts needed were on their truck. Great work from John Jr & highly recommend these guys-- nothing I could have done here, so thanks.

Google5I called DoorDoc and John Guido is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, on time and as importantly, knows what he is doing. He and his son replaced our garage door in a timely manner and the price was competitive. I could not have asked for a better experience for replacement of a garage door.

Yelp5I called John and explained the issue I had with my garage. He told me over the phone exactly what the issue was and how to fix it! He was very friendly! I really appreciated his advice even though I didn't end up needing to pay for his services. I will absolutely use him if the need arises in the future just because of his ethical and friendly business practices that I've experienced in this one phone call!

Angi5John called to let me know he was on his way and showed up at the scheduled time. During the scheduling process, he was the only person that could give me an actual price without coming out and charging the $65 service fee first. He was very friendly, efficient, and thorough! They got in and out in about 30 minutes. He replaced both springs, greased everything, and then checked the alignment multiple times to make sure the garage door was working perfectly! Angi5John from DocDoor replaced our 30-year old, wooden garage doors with 2 new, insulated garage doors and new garage door openers. We've had them for nearly 6 months now. Yelp5DocDoor was absolutely marvelous! I called , thinking I needed service and possibly a new motor. Described the situation. Service tech suggested I clean the flange around the door to remove the gunk build up that was probably sticking to the door, making it difficult for the motor to lift the door in the morning. IT WORKED. Free advice and no charge! These guys gave up a service call fee and probably could have talked me into spending a lot of money. Instead, they were honest and ethical. Absolutely a wonderful thing in today's world. They are in my contact list now and I will gladly recommend them!!!!

Angi5I used John over a year ago to fix doors and he was fantastic, pricing, attitude, all wonderful. I actually called him back to help me with a small project on shelving and he agreed and i couldnt be happier with what he did for me. Garage now looks great. Yelp5After some power surges/outages during Hurricane Irma both of our garage door openers were acting up. One of them was going crazy and overextended on close. John came out and diagnosed the problem and repaired the newer of the two. The 12 year old opener probably isn't salvageable but luckily the 3 month old one was and i'm back in business. John is super knowledgeable, super friendly and does great work. I highly recommend DocDoor and would use them again if needed!

Yelp5I am a first time home buyer and yesterday when I heard a loud bang I had no idea what was wrong, until later when I tried opening my garage door and it would not work. I called DocDoor around 7pm on a Thursday night and surprisingly to me he came out to my house by 8pm that night because he knew my car was stuck in the garage. John Guido is his name and he is amazing. He took less than an hour to replace my broken garage door spring and he was very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is having garage door issues. You will not be disappointed!
