They did excellent work and a timely appraisal. Their scheduling was very fair. Told they would come first thing am but didn't show until the afternoon. Needed to return to finish the job again they never reached out. I had to call.

My garage door opener ripped away the metal from the garage door. I called Overhead Door Company. They came out the next day. She was very professional and courteous. She asked if there were any questions and if there was any other issue they could address for me. Fantastic customer service

Very professional and quick responses. They replaced a glass window in the garage door and the service person even greased the door and gave me instructions for maintenance. The door opens much easier now. Very satisfied customer.

Fantastic quality doors and door openers! So happy with them. One of them would not close after having them for 5 years and we had to manually close it. We tried to adjust it but then decided to call and they had a technician at our house the next day! He reset the door, checked the other two door openers and fine tuned them and just like that it's like they are brand new! Absolutely great quality and great service. We wouldn't use anyone else!!!!

I was in the midst of repairing my 20 year old Chamberlain Liftmaster door opener which broke its belt a while back. The manufacturer sent me a new belt (life time warranty) but while installing it found I was missing parts, the master link. Must have thrown it away with old belt. Tried again but the belt still came up short, checked manual again and found I was missing the Trolley Clip too. Not wanting to pay big bucks on Amazon for a $2 part I ended up calling a local dealer of Chamberlain doors, Overhead Door Co. of Charleston. I told my story to Chris McBee and he say his guys may have one in there truck but they were all on the road by then. But before end of day Chris had called me back and said they found one. Picked it up the next day and he even gave me an extra master link, no charge. Not often will you find someone that will go out of their way to help you like Chris did for me. Thanks Chris!

STAY AWAY! Ordered a new garage door on May 12th and it took 3 months to come in only for it to be the wrong door. The tech installed the door and left without checking with us because it was obvious that it was the wrong door. Door Systems then had to order the correct door which took another 3 months to come in. So, be prepared to wait half a year to get the correct garage door installed after ordering. For all of the inconvenience of the additional 3 months and an additional install they went ahead and charged us...FULL PRICE! Payment is also a profit center because they hit you up for another 3.5% if you want to pay with anything other than a check, money order, wire transfer, or telegram. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST or it will cost you your money and your time! Services Rendered: Order and install a garage door
