Google5What a truly good company, Precision has restored my faith in repair companies. I have had two excellent representatives come to correct my garage door problems, David Alexander and Dakota McDade, they couldn't have been nicer, helpful, dedicated and excellent at their jobs. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair and replacements.

Google5Great company. Reasonably priced with high quality products and service. Christopher is an outstanding technician with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. He's done service calls for our old door and most recently installed a new door and motor. Highly recommend!

Google5Prompt service. Liked that I got a confirmation of the appointment via email immediately. The tech, Robert, gave me a heads up about 30 minutes before he arrived He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Was neat and friendly and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend

Google5My garage door started opening and closing at anytime without any prompting with the opener button. Dustin came out and with all my questions, he patiently explained the costs and what he thought was my best option. He was super efficient, got the replacement opener installed and had my garage looking brand new. Precision Door Service installed my garage door (only) a few years ago. So it's now practically all new. I was thoroughly pleased and happy that Dustin was my technician. He is an asset to Precision Door Service. Thank you for sending him!

Google5Top notch. Robert from Precision was above and beyond. From the time I called to the time my door was repaired was only a couple hours. I was expecting to have to interrupt my week, but Precision was here same-day! Great, solid company and service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Google5Prompt, professional, and highly skilled. Could not be happier with my decision to use Precision Garage Door. Had a worn out door and two openers (one had just failed) and wanted quality new ones. Dustin was over installing an opener within two days, and Ken and Bobby finished the work a week later when the new door came in. Sadly this is an expensive endeavor, but precision matched my new door to the one they replaced in 2015 and brought the entire internal attachments to the house up to code. The new doors and openers are so quiet, and look great too. I have used them for three weeks now with no hiccups. I also appreciated the military discount. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Google5Our whole experience was exceptional! The two representatives that we spoke to you over the phone or extremely kind and great listeners. Nate, our technician was beyond excellent! He explained everything in thorough detail to us. He arrived in a very timely fashion, and worked with diligence and efficiency! He's friendly disposition made the repair so pleasant! We will definitely recommend Precision to our neighbors!

Google5Mike and Nate did a fantastic job with the installation of my new garage door. My door was original from 1992 and was clearly in need of an upgrade. Had problems with the door a week ago and precision came out THAT day to at least help close the door and put it back on track. My technician pointed out the issues clearly and I ultimately decided it was time to start fresh. Not even a week later Mike and Nate were at my door at 8am ready to go. They thoroughly explained the new tech, modifications they made and answered all my questions. Garage is better than ever and I would recommend precision to anyone needing maintenance or installation. Very friendly personnel all around and very good at what they do. Thank you!
