I highly recommend Dustin at Precision! He came to my home for a garage tune-up, our first as the previous homeowners were clients of the company. He told me not only what was working well, but also kept me aware of what may need replacing in the future and any cost associated with that. He was on-time and incredibly nice. I will choose them again if any issues arise.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door opener belt broke. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. The technician, Dustin, was professional and friendly--can't say enough great things about how he handled the appointment. He was able to quickly examine the door and door opener and give me a detailed estimate. He even took the time to address a few secondary issues that I asked about when he arrived (replacing seal at bottom of my door and replacing/programing a new garage door opener). He was speedy with the repairs and had things up and running within an hour.

Tony, the service technician came out and gave us options to repair a keypad, that wasn't working. I also wanted an upgrade for the motor, better lighting, and to be more quiet. We are delighted to have a brand new system that is guaranteed for life, and has all the bells and whistles connected to an app on our phones. Very happy!

Excellent experience today. Travis came on time (and called with his ETA 20 minutes before arrival) and provided a quote. After we agreed on the price, he was able to begin installation immediately. He then took the time to explain the operation of the unit along with some extra features. Very professional and reasonable as well. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

My garage door stopped working today. I called Precision Garage Door Service and within two hours one of their technicians was at my house. An hour later a new motor was installed after we discussed my options. Dustin was professional, courteous and neat. Would always recommend Precision. Their prices are reasonable and have always found them to be reliable.

Chris V. Was sent out to repair my wife's garage door opener. What a great service tech. He was very personable and knowlegable. We found both door openers were over 22 years old and I decided to replace both openers. A month later I called and ask for Chris to come back again and replace the hardware and springs on both doors. They work like brand new and are very quiet. What a great team employee at Precision. Thanks again Chris.

My garage door started making a noise about a week ago which was odd because it has always been very quiet. I had it "lube & tuned" in January especially since we live so close to Folly Beach. The service tech whose name is Chris came & performed his magic so all is good! PRECISION DOOR is definitely my go-to for anything to do with our garage door.

The only reason I chose this company is the fact that our home warranty company USED TO use it! They no longer are affiliates! Precision quoted me a price, +6X what their competitor charged, only to find out that their technician over diagnosed the problem, assumably to get more money from the job - telling me I needed a new motor amongst other things. The competitor came the same day and completed the work with a bill of less than $200. With no thanks to Precision, my garage is quieter and more efficient!

Showed up on time, evaluated problem with old one, he gave me options to repair( one part had to be ordered) I asked for price to replace with a new one, price was acceptable. Took him about hour. Submitted his invoice to me, I made him remove the service call fee since he said installing a new was all inclusive (plus taxes). He did. Very happy with service.

Precision Door ROCKS!! I had them install (replace) our garage door opener that was here since the house was built (20 years). They did a tremendous job, always professional, worked the first time every time!! They are really great. So good that when the other door opener wore out (again, 20 years old), I had them replace that one too. I can't talk about service after the sale because they did such a great job, I don't need service!! We also had both doors replaced (original, rusted) without a problem! Truly professional folks.
