ProLift of Charleston installed new garage door lifts. Very quiet and the doors glide open and close very smoothly. Parker was the Technician that did the original quote and then the install. He did a stellar job. We are very satisfied. I had several questions and called the office: Spoke with Steve the manager and he was also very informative and professional. Great company and certainly know their customer service.

Ryan installed my profit belt drive garage doors today and I could not be happier. From the first step, Ryan helped me determine the door motors and accessories that I would need to ensure I was not paying for things I did not need. The install went as described during our initial quote visit and Ryan ensured I had everything set up in the app, remotes, and more before he left. Ryan definitely is a professional and loves his job, most importantly, helping people. I will definitely recommend ProLift, and especially Ryan Smith, for your garage door needs!

Very quick response to my query. Appointment made for same day. Parker called to inquire if I wanted to move appointment up as he finished with a previous job early. I did. He was here within ten minutes. Very informative, friendly, and professional. Parker is a gem. Very happy with my experience I will definitely use your company when my garage opener bites the dust.

Called Prolift to help me with our super loud garage opener, it's been bothering me for years. Parker came out, inspected everything and gave me several options. We opted to replace the opener since that's all we needed. He said everything else was in good working order. He was able to install right away. Work was done well and he was done with 2hrs. Opener is remarkably quieter than our old chain belt one and it has a lifetime warranty. He showed us how to use everything and programmed my car opener too. We got the special deal with a free outside keypad opener too. Overall very pleased and would recommend!!

Nick arrived promptly and set to work! He was well organized, calm, cool, and collected at troubleshooting, and a perfectionist. My wife and I were having two new garage doors and one new garage door opener installed. We could not have been more impressed with Nick's professionalism, and the installation, overall! We were also impressed with the speed of product delivery (under 3 weeks to dealer delivery and installation scheduling (4 days later, including a weekend). ProLift is a class act!

Needed a same day fix for my garage door...found them online and quickly got an appointment...their Technician Parker LoPriore was professional and thorough. He was very transparent with his assessments and all work and explained everything with genuine concern and patience.

Amazing!! Very understanding and responsive. Garage door spring broke "locking" me in my garage when I needed to pick up my son from daycare. They responded immediately, I was on my way with a fixed and serviced door within an hour. Very kind and efficient. Recommend for scheduled work and emergencies!

I called with a service request, was quickly scheduled for a consultation to diagnose the issue, was given a transparent breakdown of the issue, provided with a solution, and scheduled for the repair.
