They were at the house within two hours of my call. they quickly diagnosed the problem (loose wire), and repaired it without difficulty. In addition, I asked him to replace the worn out keypad on the outside of the garage, which he promptly did. I was impressed with the quick response, the courteous service and the quality of service.
