I contacted Stepp & Sons to fix my garage door that had been bent inwards which caused it not to open and close correctly. They came out and were able to get it repaired in a timely manner. Highly recommend them!

Wish I had replaced my door years ago! Service from initial contact to installation was 5-star. My opener broke which prompted my inquiry. They scheduled a replacement of opener to secure my garage in under 24 hours. Then ordered my new door and installed it promptly when it arrived. The representative answered many questions about the door options via sms which was helpful in making the final decision. All technicians that visited were prompt, courteous, and professional.

This company knows how to get the work done quickly and effectively. I called on a Thursday for them to replace my garage door. They gave me a quick, efficient, and competitive quote over the phone. They installed the door the following Monday. The installers were prompt and installed an amazing looking door that is 1000x better than the door they replaced. If I have any garage door issues again, I will 100% call them for service. They did an outstanding, efficient, and beautiful job with 100% post install cleanup. I can not recommend them highly enough. A+ job! Thank you very much Stepp and Sons.

I had Eugene and Phillip install my new garage door. I was pleased with the kind of service they offered to me. The electric door was of good quality and the workmanship of the two technicians was excellent. They showed their professionalism in the job and were easy to work with. I call them one morning after the spring and broke on our garage door and we couldn't get out or in. They said they would be over by 10:00 am. I had to call them at 12:00 pm. They said they would be there in 30 minutes. They did come in 30 minutes. They would have changed out our springs that afternoon, but I asked about a new door. They had everything needed for me to choose a new door. The price was steep for me, but it was going to cost me around $400 to fix my old door (at least 40 yrs old) and upgrade a few other things I wanted do. I opted for the new door. Ben put a temporary clamp on my old door so it would work until the new door that I ordered came in. The new door came in a little over a week and Bens brother and the brothers grandson came out immediately to install. They are a four generation family operated business. The install went well and I was well pleased. The only thing that would have topped it off would be if they had swept up. I'm a perfectionist. (lol) Services Rendered: Installed a new double garage door
